We stopped to relax in this place before heading out for dinner. We only had a bottle of wine. Everything was fine. The wine was good and fairly priced for Sorrento. No complaints. It's another good place for people watching.

We started with the fried baby octopus & whitebait which were fine although the portion was not overly generous. The ravioli filled with cream cheese in a mushroom sauce was too thick and too al dente. Prawn risotto in lemon sauce was only given flavour by the generous sprinkling of parmesan. We went elsewhere for dessert.

We had dinner at this restaurant and compared to other restaurants we have eaten at during the same week in Sorrento and Naples it was very poor value for money. The food was mediocre, but the prices were comparable or higher than those charged in other, better restaurants. Also, they charged for a basket of bread, something that none of... More

Sorrento is worth a visit. But if you are in Naples, don't go by the railway. Better to take a ferry across the Bay. Having said that we started at the upper level in Sorrento where we stopped for a drink at the Ristorante Sorrento. There we met & conversed with 3 Petty Officers from a US Aircraft Carrier which... Avoid this place This is the worst tourist trap we met in one week in Sorrento. Of course we ought to have walked by when their pusher was coaxing us in. But that was our first evening in Sorrento, we were hungry, and we had long time of travelling behind. We were trapped. They have list prices, but then you... More

One of the nicest meals we had in Sorrento. Specials board was particularly rewarding, meatballs and pasta delicious, sardines likewise - ok probably more like a starter but by the time I added bread and a lovely fresh salad it was just great. The service was friendly and attentive without being pushy, sure they hustle for business in the street... More

Ate here three times over the week. Lovely food and a fair price. Smart staff in their yellow (lemon) waistcoats and green bow ties. Busy place but worth a visit.

In our one week visit to Sorrento we ate there four times. The seafood and the fresh food is second to none and the daily specials are a real treat. I had grouper fish cooked in lemon on homemade pasta one day for lunch and it was fabulous. Great staff, attentive waiters and reasonably priced local wine (try the red... More

Visited the restaurant during a short visit this October....originally attracted by the offer of fresh mussels in white wine sauce! Fast service, good food...home made Lasagne was very good, so were my mussels (portions could've a bit bigger though). Atmosphere very nice with seats in the street.... Wifi kind of weak and not really usable but free... Not the cheapest... More
