A relaxed, delicious meal in a less touristed part of Sorrento. A winner on food quality, atmosphere, views. I had a negroni before dinner at the little bar Amelia (chairs right on the dock) before dinner - a perfect start to what ended up being a fantastic dinner and night.

Very nice and simple seafood restaurant in Marina Grande in Sorrento. The family is very welcoming. Portions are generous especially for the main courses, and fish and other ingredients are of very high quality. Don't miss the spaghettis with clams and the lemon profiteroles. No coffee served there but homemade limoncello. Prices are very reasonable; starter, main, dessert and wine... More

Trattoria da Emilia is a great restaurant with great views if you sit outside. Hard to go wrong with anything on the relatively smallish menu. Caprese is excellent. Lemon mussels are delicious. The seafood spaghetti are worth having. The gnocchi and fried calamari are also terrific. Great spot, doesn't take reservations but didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes... More

Fantastic seafood and great location right on the waterfront. The seafood pasta and grilled seabass were excellent. The service was mediocre. Not sure if this is normal for the restaurant, but we had a few different waiters throughout our dinner & when we asked for our bill the waiter asked what we had ordered. When we went through our bill... More

Emilia's is just as good at lunch time as in the evening. It is always busy and they serve some really good seafood. Service is excellent and sitting looking over the water is just so enjoyable. It is a pleasant 15 minute walk from town down into Marina Grande and well worth it when you get there.

Passing through the Marina, the outdoor dining area looked appealing, and the restaurant was recommended by other tourists, by a guidebook, and by our local driver. We dined here for lunch, and weren't disappointed. The location suited us as we are a water oriented couple, and dining at the water in the marina location was perfect for us. The service... More

This trattoria was recommended to us by our hotel manager. He recommended it as it is family run and for the food and service. He suggested it was good for tourists and he wasn;t wrong. He had a good lunch here on the shore watching the local boats in the harbour.

Stopped in and had lunch here. The food was delicious and the service was superb and way beyond accommodating. I had the sardines and calamari and would order again. Stop by and see them - you won't be disappointed.

We ate two nights in a row in this trattoria, the food is amazing. We came back the second time because of one of the appetizers: mussels in tomato sauce, incredibly good. We also tried spaghetti with sea food and paccheri (a big size pasta) with sea food. The local dish is gnocchi alla sorrentina, very good for those who... More

Thank you to the staff at Trattoria da Emilia for a memorable and tasty lunch in the Marina Grande. The food was great and the setting authentic right on the harbor.
