Simple, straightforward, consistent over the time. A good place to come back

We have bee several times in this trattoria. The quality and preparation of the food is highly consistent over the time. I visited this restaurant for dinner in october. Very autentic. I got a wonderful antipasti with five diffrent small home made assaggi small baked pastries and mousses of different vegetables . That would have been enough for me but I also had a good spaghetti. The owner was very friendly and even told me the reciept of the fabolous melanzane-salsiccio-uova-formaggioantipasto... More

Don't rely on recomendations as the price of your meal will go up and up. The food was OK but clearly overpriced considering it's quantity or quality. 2 starters (we asked 1 to share but found out with the bill he had given us 2) and 2 mains, a bottle of house wine...64 euros!

How do you tell an Italian restaurateur in Italy their pasta is undercooked? You tell them..... Reply. It's the local pasta.... Mmmm. The local grain is stronger than any other in Italy.... The undertones are saying - English. How would they know! 😊

We visited this restaurant for dinner in July. I had Tuna steak and oh my oh! It was absolutely delicious, the owner was super friendly! Make sure to dry their homemmade Melon cello, I can't wait to go back.

Arrived one evening when they only had a couple of tables occupied. Did get busy but by no means full. This was the only restaurant on a 17 night trip in Sicily and mainland Italy where our request to order starter first and then more food later (this has been successful in slowing down service and leading to a relaxing... Enjoyed our meal here, where fish is the specialty, alongside local starters (aperitifs). We really enjoyed the starter plate, a mix of five specialties of the region, including grilled pumpkin and fresh ricotta cheese. Location is tucked away from the main street, which is lovely as you can have a conversation with your group and server, without too much background... More

We read about this spot and then stumbled upon it. Glad we did. The man serving us also enticed us to come in when he told us about the specials. Great truffle pasta, though rich enough to share. Also delicious local fare made up our antipasti plate. Lovely little spot off the main track... Nice patio seats with giant discreetly... More

We find the restaurant by accident and not regretting it for a minute. The antipasti were originals and wonderful. Spaghetti whit culms was another good dish. For main course we had black angus steak, it was tender and full of tastes. Cup of limoncello was a great way finishing a lovely lunch.

We visited this restaurant for lunch. If you notice in my pictures, they take pride in speaking English but the menu was only in Italian and we barely understood our waiter. First clue that you might be taken for a ride since you have to rely on the staff for recommendations. We ordered 2 Caprese salads and our waiter said... More
