Suggested by our host at B&B Salerno Centro, we were happy to find them open shortly after 7pm. Not in a rush for fast food, but pleased the tasty and pleasantly plated appetizer came quickly to appease our hunger. The starter and entrée came with a little longer wait as other tables had filled up quickly. Food and house wines... More

We had a good meal in the restaurant. The grilled squid was very good. The spaghetonne vogole was tasty, but had some broken shells. The service was friendly and good. We would eat here again.

One of the worst dining experiences in my time in Italy. Two stars only because they were run off their feet and the young waitresses did the very best they could. my issues with this place: - full of loud mouthed Americans and English. Not a genuine Italian atmosphere - different menus in Italian and English. Much smaller range on... More

It is a small restaurant and yet energetic one. The owner Chiusura recommended us the signature dishes. We tried the starters with seafood, spaghetti with black truffles and blue fish. All are delicious. The dessert Rocotta cheese with pistachio was also very special.

Hidden gem in the historic town! Great food, good atmosphere and very friendly staff! This place is only a a block away from the waterfront for an after dinner walk.

Genuine italian atmosphere and excellent food. Very friendly staff. Cosy place to eat outside in a small alley. We had starter (four small seafood dishes, e.g. mussels) and main dish (grilled squid). Everything was very delicious, including local wine. And the price was very reasonable. I think this was best dinner in Italy ever.

This restaurant was recommended by Giada, our guide in Pompei, who lives in Salerno. Our meal here may have been our best in the entire 3 weeks in Italy. First, they say they open at 7PM, but it is really more like 7:15PM. Our waiter pretty much helps you order--he kind of ordered for us once we expressed our preferences.... More

Excellent restaurant in the Centro Storico, with reasonable prices. Delicious fresh seafood and very good grilled meat dishes! Quaint, homey ambiance.

Hidden down a little street just off the main square, this restaurant served some of the best antipasti we tried on our roadtrip across Italy. The stuffed peppers and ricotta were absolutely delicious!

due to the trip advisor rating we tried this restaurant and were sadly very disappointed. The chef came out to tell us the dishes of the day. The starter, recommended by the chef, consisted of what seemed variations on potato mash. The pasta was ok. All in all, sadly not one of the better meals during our holidays.
