This place is the bomb! The nicest staff in Amalfi. I had the Espresso Caffe and Nutella Gelato and it was the best I've had in Italy 🙏😄

We stepped into Savoia with high hopes for the "best gelato in Amalfi” but don't be fooled, this place has nothing to offer but excessively sugary "gelato". The lemon flavour was neither lemony or refreshing, while the pistacchio one lacked the standard nutty aroma. Totally regretting spending a fortune (8 euros) for the overpriced "Pasticcini di Mandorla al Limone" -... More
Thought the ratings on Tripadvisor are generally reliable, didn't expect it to be the worst dining experience that I've been to in Italy. Their gelato looks good on the outside, yet it tastes like those mediocre ice-cream from regular supermarkets. The lemon and almond pastry that costs 8 euro was so bad that we could not even finish it. Very... More
We came to try out the pastries and gelato with the high ranking and positive reviews on TripAdvisor. It is true that the place is overpriced but the quality is definitely not worth it. We tried their recommendation - pistachio mix and lemon cream but we can't taste any of the fruit nor the nuts - seemed more like American... More
Savoia was our absolute favorite place to get gelato in all of Amalfi, and that is saying a lot because there are TONS of gelato shops in Amalfi.. Not only were the pastries and gelato unparalleled to anything else there, the people were so friendly. They recognized us just after our second time visiting the shop and spent the time... More
Stopped by late on a Thursday in off season. The service was very friendly and they even offered us some free small treats that they were probably going to ditch at closing anyways. Nothing big, but a nice gesture they certainly didn't need to do, especially since the gelato itself is so good.
Extremely friendly staff, extremely delicious pastires, but extremely overpriced (even for Italy). I'm sure the mark up is because they're in a touristy town like Amalfi - but come on? 8.50 Euro for three pastries? That seems outrageous! I would say of the three I was surprised to find that the Baba, was the best. The cannoli was disappointing, but... More
Great pasticceria with world famous sfogliatelle, babà and other Neopolitan magic..Don't miss the chance to taste cannoli, like no other.
Patisserie far better than Andrea Pansa...and same prices...though service as poor. Totally ignored overlooked in favour of locals....yet again...
