My family and I have been coming to Amalfi for nearly 2 decades, and we never fail to return to Masaniello. The pizza is true Neapolitan style, and also offers some of the best seafood in Amalfi. We've also become friends with those who work there, always gentile and welcoming. A perfect little spot for enjoying the "Dolce Vita".

The location is a lovely and busy but secluded little corner before a square and after a tunnel. The waiter is a history buff, talkative and very attentive and kind. The service is quick and practical. The food was also very good- my pasta allo scoglio did not disappoint and my daughter had a remarkably good pizza margherita.

We ate here tonight. The food was good and fresh... Me and my boyfriend read the menu knew the prices, and the bill didn't seem right when it came. I'm pretty sure they have a tourist menu. We were charged 16 euro for two aperol spritz? On the menu we originally ordered off it was 3.50 each. When I confronted... More

Delicious food, friendly staff, very good value. We went on our first day for lunch, and were so impressed that we went back for dinner the following evening. Delicious pasta and seafood.

We had just got off the boat at Amalfi and we were looking for some refreshment and shade from the soaring temperatures... when we happened upon this gem of restaurant thanks to the salesmanship and warm welcome from the host/owner standing outside. It was perfect. The first pizzas of our holiday, crisp and cool white wine, atmosphere galore at our... More

From the moment that Andrea welcomed us and gave "the lady the best seat" everything was simply fantastic. The menu has a lot to choose from but we had already decided on at least the Arrabiata based on the reviews. We decided to share each of three courses. We started with Mussels in a tomato and garlic sauce, followed by... More

Wonderful dinner experience with my family last night. Warm and welcoming host/owner, Andrea, made the evening delightful - great recommendations (the grilled sea bass with mint sauce was superb) and an attentive and friendly staff. The seafood was universally great and extremely fresh. Clams and mussels in garlic and oil to start were devoured quickly. Same with the Fresh pasta... More

Visited here with a group of 15. My partner and I had been in April and promised the rest of the group the best pizza in Amalfi and they were not disappointed! My mum popped in about an hour before to book a table. Delicious starters such as calamari and tomato/mozzarella salad. Pizzas were all lovely. Especially the seafood pizza.... More
