A casual yet lively restaurant conveniently located in the centre of Amalfi. Staff were very friendly and attentive, and the food was brilliant! We would highly recommend the ricotta stuffed Ravioli and Tiramisu.

What a wonderful all round experience. We were pleasantly surprised when walking from the pavement area to find a warm, welcoming restaurant at the back. The servers were amazing and everything was done professionally with a hint of humor. We had the tagliatelle scampi and...ravioli which were totally scrumptious. We found this place on our last night - one short sentence. You MUST visit here when in Amalfi Coast! We decided to push the boat out for our last night - a lobster linguini was on the special, two pizzas and the home made...tiramisu! We expected a hefty bill and would have paid rightly so and we’re so surprised by the modest bill we received. Everything was superb - the desert was the best tiramisu we have ever eaten. One of the best pizza places ever in amalfi coast with a nice up front outside seatings watching people goes by . Their pizza was delicious and made to perfection . Would love to come back eat here again with the cheap wines.

We were fortunate enough to choose this beautiful restaurant with the most charming staff upon our arrival in Amalfi. We are not seafood eaters so we saw that Mario offers an abundance of choice. This is authentic Italian exquisite dining. From service to tableware to...decor and most importantly the meal that you receive. We loved it so much that we went for a second time and will be soon leaving for the third night in a row. We have been travelling all over Italy experience very fine dining but Mario and his staff will remain in our memories as the best dining experience while here in Italy. The pizza is thin and the cheese is plentiful. Like everything else all the sauces we have tried have been fragrant and fresh. I can’t forget to mention how welcoming owner Mario has been. Very good food and wine at reasonable prices. We ate risotto al mare and mixed fried fish. Both dishes were well prepared and tasty. The recommended local white wine went well with the food. Nice and friendly service.

Superb ambient and meal at Amalfi. Arrived and warmly greeted by the owner/manager. Great recommendation to try their “Today’s Special” Lobster Linguine. No regret. A lovely meal pair with their wonderful house pour. Will sure patronize again whenever I visit this place.
