What makes a difference is the passion ! This is a principle of success . Here , you are free to choose anything from the menu , you will enjoy it and you will be treated well. My recommendation is falafel con mezze de verduras , arroz con pescado de la subasta and arroz con leche con hedo de sesamo... More

I was with a large group. The décor is minimalistic and pleasant. The service was excellent. The wine was very good. We had a set menu and the food was fusion. Every plate was good but only a couple were great. Given that this was a very large group, the standard was very high. I would like to come back... More

Everything just great. Exceptional combinations of flavors on each plate. Excellent Food, wine selection for each course by the glass, very attentive and friendly service and the pace perfectly fits to spend a whole nice evening. Just perfect.

Some nice touches but not getting to star status. The set menu featured some bland tapas and a simple salad. The duck and beef were served near raw but the meat wasn't good enough to carry it off. The wine was excellent and the service excellent. The venue has very bright lights which was okay but a bit sterile. The... More

We dined at SeuXerea on our last evening in Valencia. It was a wonderful experience - the restaurant is lovely, the menu choices were a bit different with the fusion style, and the food was delicious. The service was very good too.

The service personal (we had 3 different waiters) were very unattentive and uninterested in there customers (except alfredo). The food was ok, we do think that the service did influence the whole experience. The outside scenery was very nice but the rest unfortunately did not convince us to come back.

Thank you for your opinion, but are you sure you ate at the Seu Xerea. We are in a narrow street in the centre of the city which doesn't seem to fit in with your description of "nice outsiode scenery". Perhaps I wouldn't be so doubtful, but we have no memeber of staff called Alfredo, and to be frank, our... More

Nice minimalistic interior design blended with local designer chairs. Crossover food that's nice but not topnotch.

I just found the name of this restaurant again, I ate here 3 years ago and I read that it is still as faboulous as it was. Pure gourmet food, sophisticated in display and taste in a unique contemporary setting. Exquisit service and if you have a chance to meet the Chef congratulate him in his inventions. A explosion of... More

My daughter and I went here for dinner on the recommendation of our hotel. The restaurant style is very contemporary and cool. We were greeted with a warm welcome and had very attentive and professional service. The food was absolutely delicious and of a very high standard and quite different to the typical Valencian restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Come and savour mediterranean fusion food in this centrally located and highly recommended restaurant in Valencia's historical Barrio del Carmen. Just a few metres from the cathedral square, this restaurant is a relaxing retreat after a morning of sightseeing. Stephen Anderson heads the friendly English speaking team. Eat alfresco or in the modern, comfortable, designer interior. The daily lunchtime menu is excellent value for money and the a la carte is an opportunity to try the gastronomic offer of one of Valencia's best fine dining restaurants.
