We went to Rincon 33 after seeing the many positive reviews and our hotel concierge recommending it to us for paella as well. This place has truly authentic paella, as you have to wait ~25-30 minutes for it to be made from scratch. We had...reservations here for as soon as they opened at 8:30 and the restaurant filled up almost immediately. We ordered the seafood paella, which had shrimp and prawns. Unfortunately, we found the shrimp to be VERY fishy, to the point that it permeated the entire paella dish. As we were eating, we noticed dozens of delicious-looking tapas plates being brought out, so we would likely return again for those instead. Overall, our meal was alright, though not our favourite in Valencia. Hopefully the fishiness was a one-off for our paella.More
