The place sometimes looked messy and the tables outside are so close to the pedestrian area that can make uncomfortable for the customers who are sitting there and people who are walking through. Also, some customers sometimes are in the middle of the way standing,...talking and blocking the pedestrian area. One day, I was waiting for a while to buy food to go and the cashier was missing in action. When she showed up she wasn’t friendly and helpful. I was specific what I wanted to order. After, I came back home I found out she put the wrong item. Another day, we went there to order croissants to go. The cashier looked bitter and was unfriendly. I told my husband what can I do to make her to smile. We felt like we were unwelcome. Last time, the cashier was again missing in action and finally she showed up. My husband tried to ordered food to eat there. She was unfriendly and rude with him because my husband wanted to order a beverage that was not part of the combo menu. She could try to be nice and charge a little more for the extra beverage. Instead, she said you can’t do that in an unfriendly bitter tone of voice. Definitely, their customer service is poor and unwelcome. We do not recommend this place. Don’t waist your money and time there.More
