Ate in Bodega de la Sarieta twice. Friendly staff, great food and good value. Heartedly recommend. Some nice tapas to start. Very nice wine recommended by the waiter. Good mains.

We had lunch at this bodega, nothing fancy just the normal tapas, paella, and a cold drink. Friendly staff, food was delivered pretty quick and the flavors were there but it seemed that something was missing. There are lots of places like this one in old downtown Valencia. Go, Explore and Enjoy.

When I travel I like to enjoy local cuisine. It's not so easy to find this restaurant where the good reviews led me to try paella of Valencia. Frankly I cannot understand the positive reviews. While I waited at least half an hour, the food was not cooked properly, the rice was hard and the taste was nothing special. I... More

Located in the old city between two beautiful plazas, this restaurant offers a very pleasant dining experience. From the food to the service and ambiance, it is everything we hoped for. An extensive menu and wine list, everything we had was delicious. Highly recommended- a wonderful evening.

Very good friendly service, excellent paella valenciana. We also enjoyed the tapas starters. Will definitely eat here again.

This place opens after 8:30 PM (Common Spanish Dining Hours). If you do not have a reservation they will try to find a way to seat you, but don't count on it. MAKE A RESERVATION! They have a special three course menu, but do not be fooled. There is plenty of food. I suggest the Fernando wine, which is smooth... More

My boyfriend and I walked past this place three evenings in a row in Valencia and it was always busy so we decided to have dinner here ourselves one evening. We were seated quickly outside and the waitress offered us English and Spanish menus. We had bread, starters and main courses each. My boyfriend ordered three plates of tapas as... More

We had an excellent lunch at Bodego de la Sarieta. Had the chance to sit outside on the pedestrian street in front of the restaurant. We really enjoyed the food in particular the seafood paella. Rice is one of their specialties and you can choose one of their dozen rice dishes. Very friendly and professional service

We came, like everyone else, for the paella - and were not disappointed. We arrived early as we'd heard it can get busy, but there was only one other table there by 2pm. We became a little bit worried because of this, but then delicious smells began emanating from the kitchen, and we knew we were in for a treat!... More
