If you are staying on the west of Valencia centre and getting bored with Tapas and Paella, this place neat the Torres Del Quarts is ideal. Proper Italian restaurant food (not a pizza parlour). We shared the spicy mussels starter, my wife had a superb seafood linguine main and the pasta was not uncomfortably firm despite other reviewers comments. My... More

Quality Italian food with very good prices in the center of Valencia. Highly recommended i) the provolone cheese with pears and ii) the pizza "La Forcola", their speciality with jamon, parmezana cheese and rucola.

We found this lovely restaurant following a local flamenco show. We had a starter plate of cold meats to share which was lovely. Some of our choices were great, the lobster and linguini in tomato sauce was lovely as was the seafood linguini. One of our party ordered gnocchi which was delicious but could have been more plentiful while another... More

This restaurant was recommended to us by our landlord so after two weeks of living in Valencia we decided to give it a try. I can honestly say that from the friendly staff to the amazing delicious food this place is fantastic. The food portions are great and the flavours divine. It's easy to tell that Italians are running the... More

We liked the look of this restaurant as we walked past and came back at 9pm when it opened for dinner. Our waitress was very welcoming..spoke excellent English and served us quickly and efficiently. It's very popular with the locals and was quickly very busy. We had the parka dell with veal ragu and the pasta with mushroom and truffle... More

Just outside the old city boundary in a friendly neighbourhood. Friendly welcoming service. Had delicious burrata to start followed by a hearty paddardelle with boar ragu. My partner had the pasta with prawns which was quite watery and very salty. Good wine by the glass.

Myself and my travelling buddy really enjoyed this place. We sat down for a pre La Tomatina dinner. We only ordered mains and beers, and then a few extra beers for dessert. The food was delicious (I got the seafood pasta dish which I forget the name of) and plentiful. What really made our meal was the service - as... More

We visited La Forcola for our anniversary. It is a really friendly and inviting restaurant and the staff are great. We ordered starters (mussels which were fabulous and the smoked cheese which was delicious), and for main course pizza and pasta. Everything was flavoursome and tasted authentic. Our only real complaint was that our main course arrived before we had... More

The food at La Forcola is fantastic. It is clearly very popular with the locals, which is always a good sign! Even though it doesn't open until 9pm (difficult for our 6 year old!) it seems full of families and groups of friends - you'd probably need a reservation at the weekend. The first time I had the Popeye pizza,... More
