What a gem of a restaurant. This is currently ranked number 42 in Valencia. It should be in the top 10. The food is if very high quality. Between us we had brassed (surely that should be braised) beef cheeks and sirloin steak. The chocolate cake and liquorice ice cream dessert is fantastic and I don't usually like liquorice! Excellent... More

Salvaora is a lovely little place, with informed, well-traind staff who are polite, attentive and skilled. its fairly priced as a good restaurant ina city that is relatively cheap to eat in. they present food imiginatively and well, with lots of nice touches and littleflourishes. certainly the garlic potato gnochi is the best i have eaten. BUT... and if, like... More

This is a great and cozy place. My girlfriend and me went for dinner where we shared a bottle of wine three starters and a main course each. The whole meal cost about 75EUR and you can eat a whole lot cheaper and good in Valencia. For this price you get a very nice atmosphere and the food is presented... More

First night in Valencia: an absolute brilliant choice to kickstart the gastronomic vibe of Valencia. Like some already said: try the tasting menu. You won't regret it. After a nice deepfried ham croquette, you'll be blown away by a brilliant tomato soup. Unbelievable pure taste with a very gentle olive oil. The egg is good, the cod is VERY tasty,... More

The six course taster menu for €24 was super and I thought good value. It's a small place with maybe 15 tables, unpretentious and good service. The chocolate cake with liquorice ice cream is a thing to eat time and time again

The quality of the food and service here is second to none, definitely one go the most last meals I have ever had, even if the main course are a little on the small side! Very good value for money, similar in London would easily be twice the price and you can book it one line which is great The... More

You have to call ahead to reserve a table because it is a small restaurant. The service is very good and the waiters are very nice and give good advice. As a starter I had little cod balls, which where very good, I would recommend it to everyone.

We went here after we had written the comments on tripadvisor. The food was absolutely lovely (starter: duck, main: risotto, dessert: chocolate cake), but the serving could have been better. Had the waiter an off day or is he just introvert or was it his bad English? I don't know, but if you go here for dinner don't expect a... More

We have now been twice to this charming outstanding restaurant and it is always great. Jaime the owner is very knowledgeable and helped with wine choice. We will return often while in Valencia and miss it when we return to Michigan!
