Recommended by hotel and I cannot fault the food served in the restaurant upstairs. Perfectly cooked steak, melt in your mouth chorizo, fish oozing in flavor and home made pate and bread. Loved by all the family from the 9 year old upwards.

Very informal and local stylish Pintxos restaurant in the centre of Valancia. Great service, nice people to help and good atmosphere to enjoy the local tapas, called Pintxos . We will be back!

I knew this place was going to be good after passing by twice and it was full. Great selection of tapas (self service-they count the toothpicks left at the end) and a really good menu that you can order off. And I haven't even mentioned the tinto verona. Highly recommended in this great Spanish city.

We went here for diner on friday night. From family we got the tip to pass on the tapas downstairs and go upstairs for the dining part. From the start on they didn't take us, two 20 y/o guys, serious and actually didn't want us to come in and sit down. We still did and the waiter was very mean,... More

We had dinner here last night. The pinxos were delicious but if you are really hungry it can get expensive. They are 1.95 each and can add up. I would definitely recommend this place at least once but don't go in starving. The drinks were a reasonable price.

Pinxtos are a local speciality: tapas on a slice of roasted bread, you could say. At Sagardi you just take what looks nice until you're not hungry anymore ;-). You keep the little toothpicks and pay aftwards 1,9€/each. A 'normal person' would need around 10 ;-). Lots of fish, ham with mushrooms, all lovely.

Sagardi is in a great location with the possibility to eat outside if you want. Nice friendly buzz, efficient waiting staff and, best of all, the pinchos. These make a really interesting alternative to tapas which, lets face it, can get a bit samey and, being only EU 1.95 each, give you the opportunity to try various different tasty bites.... More

Very good tapas bar in Valencia - the concept is very good and it is very reasonable for the price - try and sit inside downstairs as there is a main road outside beside the tables
