We ate here on our first night in València. Outdoor seating in a quite street. Didn’t book and was shown to table straight away. Service was good and attentive. Food and red wine was good and the price great!

Me and my girlfriend had a very pleasant evening at Bon Gust. We arrived late, knowing the kitchen would be open only for another hour. Got good advise on which wine to choose with the food and the food was delicious and fast. Would definately...recommend this place and its fresh fish. Service was great as well. Received free drink at the end, laughs, and had a pleasant night.More

Great place in the old town with quality, but not pricy cocktails (mohito was my favourite) and the best crispy prawns you will ever have! My friend and I came to BonGust 5 times and Kate was serving us - she is awesome! Always honest...with food advice and recommendations where to go after. Definitely recommend for couples, friends or families :)More

We had a table booked for 6 people at 8pm. We ordered drinks and food and the waitress was very rude from the off. All drinks came except one. Despite reminding and asking again and again for the missing drink the gin and tonic didn’t...arrive for about half an hour. We were told they were busy and that we hadn’t ordered it. There was no acknowledgement that they had made a mistake and made it seem our fault. 3 of the 6 food orders arrived and we were left waiting for 3 burgers. Despite several requests and watching 3 burgers being delivered to 2 other separate tables who had ordered after us the burgers eventually arrived about half an hour after the first dishes. At this point it felt deliberate. I ordered seafood pasta. It was honestly the worst meal I’ve ever had. It was literally just a pile of plain pasta with 2 prawns, 2 mussels and 2 calamari strips plonked on top. No flavour whatsoever. There were several other tables we witnessed also experiencing delays in service. The main waitress was unbelievably rude and unpleasant and it was a very unsavoury and disappointing experience. Do not eat here !!!More

Wow, my friends and I are still a bit shocked at the service at this place last night. Had booked a table as was a holiday in Spain and very busy everywhere. We happily moved tables when asked, so they could fit more people in....Drinks arrived, one missing. Asked numerous time for it, very rudely barked at each time that there were lots of people. It eventually came 25 minutes later. 3 of 6 main courses came out. The other 3 were all burgers. We saw 2 burgers go to one table of 4 the a 3rd burger go to another table. Ours came half an hour after, way after ours friends had finished. Really rude staff every time we asked for an update. Sworn at by one of them. Food was ok, burger average, one pasta dish tasteless. We didn't try ordering another drink. Got out as quickly as possible (not easy when your food comes an 75 minutes after oordering)! Found a bar for a drink and were all delighted to get back to some normal good service.More

Very nice location BUT very bad service. Simple and medioker food. There is a lot of much better places just round the corner.
