Caldero is a typical coastal fish rice dish cooked by fishermen in the old days. This is a dish most restaurants in the area offer, although almost every one of them fails to prepare their own Caldero fumet, which is a concentrated stock from fish too small to be served. At El Rincón de Capi’s my family and I largely... More

Had a fantastic meal, six of us went had three of the 25 euro menu and picked carpaccio, scallops, lubina in pastry, and chateaubriand fillet steak. Absolutely scrumptious. Everyone enjoyed. Will definitely be back.

A place that only locals know, is not on the sea front, but worth it. The tapas are excellent and incredibly elaborate. I recommend different "ensaladillas", the octopus, and different fishes. Very good and attentive service. Let yourself be recommended by the waiters and bring them the best tapas of the moment. Every day the tapas are different.

Well hidden just up from seafront but worth finding. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, service excellent, inclusive menu is good value, house wines v.good.Don't. go here if you want steak and chips, fish is v.good.The bar downstairs does lunch and tapas but it is a bit dark for my liking.

We were recommended this restaurant so six of us went for dinner and we were seated upstairs which was very quite. The menu was in Spanish and the waitress couldn't speak good English but we muddled along ok. The food was fantastic as Was the service, even though the waitress couldn't speak English she tried very hard to understand and... More

We wanted to try "authentic" paella while on our visit to its home - the Valencia province. This restaurant was recommended by a local Spanish woman as a place to try. Two of us had the seafood version and two had the rabbit and liver paella. All of us were delighted. Nothing like the sort of thing you get in... More

In this restaurant you have a possibility to choose either traditional tapas downstairs or white table cloths upstairs with a sophisticated atmosphere. Wide assortment of good quality dishes available. Absolutely worth to visit.

Gong out in Torrevieja for dinner is a nightmare. One of the few places in town where to eat good food at decent price. I recommend the bar downstairs and the tapas menu. Avoid excess of foie plates. Choose the fish instead.

I loved this place. The plat du jour was only 14 Euros and more refined than most other restaurants in Torrevieja. The 20 Euro taster menu was exquisite and the wine with it fantastic. Service was friendly, helpful and efficient. The chef even came to check how I wanted my meat cooked! Can't recommend it enough.
