We were very warmly greeted by the chef and were seated next to the window in this wonderful, typically Spanish part of benidorm, slightly up a street away from some of the hustle and bustle. The sangria was beautiful and the paella was amazing, all for a very reasonable price. Definitely would recommend for couples or family

This is a very affordable little restaurant that serves genuine Spanish food, and the waiter is extremly friendly! You better book in advance since there are only a few tables.
We ate at the restaurant twice during our nine day stay in Benidorm. First, we had an genuine Valencian Paella. On the second visit, we ate different Tapas and Swordfish. The desserts where also very good. The chef clearly knows what he is doing!

What a place!! What service!! What ambience!!! All were fantastic. It is only small place we stumbled on but Rey made us all so welcome. We ordered the mixed paella and we were told straight away it would take about 30 minutes as it is all cooked from scratch by Manu the chef. It arrived and it was well worth the wait. What a paella!!!! Well worth a visit. Thanks Rae & Manu

This is definitely a little gem, a complete authentic Spanish experience. The food is amazing, the tapas was delicious. The the main event paella!!! Wow !!! Delicious, fresh. The Chef and the waiter could not be nicer, making the dining experience even better. A truly memorable evening. Please go next time you’re in the old town, we used google maps to find it.

What can I say, beautiful, beautiful, beautiful, a real hidden gem.
The food was amazing we had camembert starter which melts in your mouth, mixed paella which was full of flavours & you have to try the cheesecake it’s to die for. The host & chef are lovely & attentive with a real personal experience. And to top it off all at a very reasonable price. We had the best evening & would most definitely come back.

If you are in a rush don't ga there. The paella was made form scratch and was divine. They Amadeus homemade croquettes whilst we waited which were great. Well worth a visit. The chef talked us through the cooking processes. N.B don't be fooled by the outside. Go there!!!

Amazing place, food is nice and fresh and service brilliant, made to feel very very welcome - our favourite is Paella, Alioli is also a favourite , try and visit every time we are in Benidorm

Lovely restaurant on a side street in the old town.Food delicious with the mixed Paella the star of the show.The waiter was amazing and the chef came over to chat.If there is one place to go for food, make sure J Manus the one you go to.

Far better local restaurant than what you can find in the crowdy city center. This food is real and served with love and passion. No fake luxury but class on your plate.

As a Benidorm regular I have tried pretty much every paella in town but I have to say they run a very friendly and traditionally Spanish restaurant, keenly prices too with a fantastic selection of starters, meats, paella’s and tapas. It was full of locals so that is always a good sign! Will definitely be back!

Very poor, visited as previous reviews were very good - unfortunately the food was not! Ordered a paella which looked & tasted like a re- heat & the spaghettini Bolognese was inedible. The service was poor & all the food arrived at once - starters same time as the main. There are many many better places to try - avoid
