Otano was lively and vibrant the night we were there (mid-May) as was the whole street. And the food was first-class and good value -- and needless to say, the wine was good and great value (its price made us realise how expensively we have to pay for wine at home!). We were a big group of adults (12) but... More

Every time we stay in Pamplona we have a meal at Otana, the food is excellent, with great service and always very busy, we have already booked our return visit in September.

We stopped here for a quick lunch - a couple of pintxos each and a beer for less than 7€. I enjoyed the courgette and cheese pintxo, and the blood sausage with eggs. Quick and efficient, a bit noisy (but which pintxo bar isn't?) I'd recommend it.

Very nice restaurant, not too expensive! The codfish was delicate and well cooked, also local the wine was good!

In such places you are not looking for changes - you want them to be same as you remember. Food, service, atmoshphere - everything was good+++ on last Thursday evening - exactly like it was two years ago on my first visit to Pamplona. The dinner so good that next day lunch found me in the same place.

If my both legs were about to fall off from gout I would still binge eat this lamb and beef stew. Rioja was best red I've had.

We wanted to dine with locals. Although Otano has a proper restaurant on the first level, we chose the bar at street level. It was very busy. Many persons crowding the bar and practically all seats taken. Patience! In 5 minutes a bench setting was vacated. We sat but knowing how busy they were, it was best to get our... More

Good environment. Good food. Good service. Good prices. Do not go there without having the chuleta or chuletón.

Average food and very slow service. Have eaten here several times over the years. New concept this year- food was not as good as before in spite of trying to modernize he dishes. Service has never been great.

Choose this restaurant because the one we wanted to eat at was closed. It is on a busy street in the Old Town with a lot of people on the street drinking from the two bars on either side of the street. It is on the first floor. It is a pleasant surprise when you get up the stairs as... More
