We have been to La Catedral a number of times, and we decided to book table for two occasions this summer holiday. First a lunch to celebrate my birthday and later next week a dinner with my sun and his family. Both events were great. The owner Pablo, who have built the restaurant almost alone, greeted us and we got... More

Had dinner with my partners and it was a good surprise. Great cuisine with amazing delicatessen (artichoke trumpet was superb!)

Good menu and prices, a little bit different and well worth the visit. The restaurant itself is classy and different with contemporary twists in a traditional setting. The food was fresh and beautifully prepared, we were impressed by the mushroom medley starter in a potato basket - the final preparation was at the table - tasty and original. The main... More

Booked following the excellent reviews and we weren't disappointed. Jolanda our waitress met us at the door and from that moment on we were in excellent hands. The mushroom nest starter is simply Devine and big enough to share although my wife loved her tuna tartare. With two fish courses consumed (COD and Sea Bream) we finished with Lemon sorbet... More

Visited for an evening meal on a Wednesday in July and wasn't disappointed. The food is amazing (try the cod), and the venue is as unique as it comes. We were looked after perfectly and I couldn't rate the experience highly enough. You need to book in advance though.

Overlooking the Roman ruins this is a special place to eat quietly imagining times centuries past while sipping sangria and eating beautifully cooked tapas. Check out the fit out inside especially the floor

Hi Suzie, Thank you very much for your visit and your nice comment, we are happy you enjoyed the views of the Roman Theatre and the old cathedral from our terrace. I hope we will see you again at the restaurant to show you the ruins within the place. Best regards, Pablo More

Next to the roman ampitheatre beautifully lit at night we visited to share cava at midnight for my 40th birthday. Very friendly staff with great knowledge of the offerings inside. A must visit to see below the bar with transparent floors to show the old cathedral below and the well original tiles excavated and the original 1st century roman pillars.

We have eaten here twice in the last fortnight - it is only an hour's drive from where we live. Each time the food, service and ambience has been excellent. Last Sunday we took some friends who had not eaten there before and they were very impressed and will certainly go back.

After reading all the excellent reviews, we went to this restaurant on the 18th of June 2016. Huge mistake! As we entered the place, we attempted to get a waiters attention, but instead stood and waited for about 10 minutes before a waiter was available to talk to us. This even though the place was completely empty. The waiter was... More
