I don't know about the traditional authenticity of these empanadas but they were delicious. I can't wait to go back and get another one! The pizzas were good too, but the crust was a little bit hard. Otherwise, friendly service.

It’s tiny. Nine tables in all and most are two tops. That being said, the place is busy for a reason. The food is superb. The staff is friendly. And, there is no question locals abound. This little place on a side street is worth...More

Empanadas are to die for. Mozzarella one (Caprese) is the best. Atmosphere was great. Chicken one was pretty good too.

Tinto y Tapas is great. It’s small and quirky, which gives it a great atmosphere. The dishes are good too - especially the empanadas! Very reasonably priced.

Also known as Barrio de las Letras, Huertas was once
home to prominent literary figures, Miguel de

neighborhood is committed to celebrating its rich
heritage: Calle Huertas itself is inlaid with quotes
from celebrated authors, street names pay homage to
them, and second-hand bookshops pervade. Huertas
receives a fair amount of spillover from the center —
