Where do I start. We were seated and waited over 30mins to order our drinks only because we called manager over they seemed to just ignore us. We ordered our food as well and waited 1 hour for it when order came out wrong and food was cold. Appalling service from such a popular place which has never disappointed before... More

Decent enough place, got the spicy chicken wings that although weren't that spicy they were still very nice! Service was great overall and our server (forget her name unfortunately) couldn't have been anymore attentive; even kept bringing us free drink refills without being asked which I appreciated!

We went yesterday (3/9/2016) with our friends because Friday's offers a gluten-free menu and a friend of ours is intolerant to gluten. Previous experiences in other Friday's and VIPS group restaurants are good, but it would seem that either now the quality has suddenly dropped or this particular restaurant is awful. I ordered ribs with French fries. The ribs you... More

We went here three evenings out of five. The service was fabulous, the workers were friendly , the restaurant was clean and the food was awesome. I felt like I was eating in one from the United Stated.

This international American chain is a bit expensive for continental food (hamburgers, salads, ribs), however it upholds everything you would expect for an American-style restaurants. And they have a great beer special: refills are only 1.50 Euros. The atmosphere is nice. There's a large TV that plays popular music videos. If your a homesick American or if you want a... More

Stopped to have dinner. Being a ribs lover, when I saw Bacon covered ribs I thought I had to! Best choice ever, loved it. Probably the best ribs we ever had. On the down side, very slow service, and the bathrooms downstairs the motion sensor does not cover in the toilet area it-self. My wife went to bathroom, did not... More

Stopped here because we were really hungry and were drawn in by the picture of bacon crusted ribs. Should have known better than to use a chain restaurant in a big city. €20 for my (full rack) of ribs. I had half bacon and half chipotle. The chipotle ones were luke warm and the others not much warmer. My partner... More

Staying in Malasana

Neighborhood Profile
Malasana
Hip bars and galleries, independent theaters and music venues, young people with tattoos and funky hair, narrow winding streets — this is Malasaña. Near the center, Plaza Dos de Mayo is a gathering of friends outside bars, dog owners, artists under craft tents, and creative types with notebooks and sketchpads on the plaza’s benches. It may not be as neat and tidy as many other parts of the city, but this only adds to the Malasaña edge. Shops and bars here range from hippie-crunchy to upscale trendy, and on weekends, the streets are bustling around the clock as the nightlife progresses from dinner to bar to disco to late-night food. On the west side of the neighborhood is the subdistrict called Conde Duque, named after a large pink fort in its center that has been converted into a cultural center for exhibitions and performances. Prettier yet just as edgy, this intimate corner of Malasaña is home to a young international community.
