Everything is perfect in this restaurant. From the steak to the dessert. The atmosphere is very spanish and traditional. A must go in Madrid.

I had dined here previously, failing to do the experience any justice. This time it was going to be different. After breakfast I managed to eat very little. Our last visit to Donostiarra was the last leg of a ten day trip which had seen us eat & drink most of Spain, leading to a complete failure at the dining... More

We booked a table for 9.30 on Friday night, I received 2 reminders by text from them that day & we also looked at the website. There's a gallery full of photos of the rich & famous, Beckham, Ramos, Bale etc etc etc. We took a taxi to the restaurant & when we arrived the manager (?) greeted us outside... More

I ate some of the best meat available in Madrid. It was a wonderful experience and I liked the late 1960s early 1970s decor. I highly recommend this restaurants even though it is not centrally located.

Third time there and third time in a row in my visits to Madrid. Been there both with friends and also with my GF. The food is great, sensibly price and also so much history on its walls. The afterlunch is excellent, normally with complimentary sorbets and liquours. The staff deliver outstanding service, as they have been doing for years.... More

Food: traditional Spanish steak and grill. Well cooked and exceptional quality ingredients. Service: very good and friendly. Price: expensive but the quality is outstanding. Personal experience: we were there to celebrate. We book the table and menu online and when we were there they haven't received it from admin so they work a menu almost the same with more starters... A must if you like good traditional Spanish style steak loin. Excellent service, good atmosphere in the middle of one of the most traditional restaurants in Madrid. From starters to desserts, the menu has many great selections. I simply leave it to the maitre D to choose for us. Always a great culinary and service experience. White asparagus, tuna salad,...
