After reading the reviews, we were looking forward to this dinner. However, we were disappointed in the food and the service. The interior of the restaurant is interesting and the presentation of the dishes is creative. We enjoyed the first two appetizers, but the following...More

Fifth time at DSTAGE which is, without a doubt, the best restaurant in town. Fifth time we are thrown through a journey discovering flavors, textures and countries we did not know until now. Long Menu. Today one of the desserts made us go back to...More

Dstage is such a unique and special dining experience. It's so unusual to enjoy a 5-star meal/tasting menu, but in such a relaxed and fun environment. To say this place is relaxed would be an understatement. However, you also get the kind of food, wine,...More

We had really looked forward to this meal and it was certainly not our first Michelin star restaurant. The service was fine and the food was ok - but for this price we expect to be “blown away” and we simply were not. Yes it...More

From the moment we sat down in the bar, we knew we were in for something special and DStage did not disappoint. Everything was fantastic! New flavors, textures and some things I didn't know were possible. Garlic for dessert? Sure why not. Great wine selection...More

Very different. If you think you know everything, you are wrong at dstage. New tastes, new flavors, everything different from other experiences. Very difficult to arrange a table but it deserves the effort.

We were wowed by the star factor as soon as we arrived. The ballet the staff performed was Swan Lake inspired. Everything was centred around Diego the "lead". From his take on bacon and eggs to the fresh "bulb" from the garden, the magic was...More

8 of us ate here last month for my husband's 50th birthday. We were very well looked after and all the dishes were explained very well. If I'm honest though, the food, although very good and nicely presented didn't have the "wow" factor that we...More

Chueca is the hip, gay neighborhood of Madrid where
many of the streets are narrow and intimate, but where
the hustle and bustle and the eclectic storefronts and
people give it a distinctly urban feel. The main
thoroughfare is Calle Hortaleza and the main square is
Plaza Chueca, completely filled with terraza tables
serving copas (mixed drinks) during summer. A mixture
of trendy and grungy, some of the adult businesses
