This place is in an area that is very much up and coming. I think it's places like this that give the area is vibe and make it a place to live and hang out. The shop is cool and somewhere you can relax and...enjoy your coffee and maybe do a little work *but not at weekends). Breakfast here is excellent, there is a good range of food to eat. Avocado on toast is simple and delicious. Make sure you come here if youare in the area!More

The cake they have is really amazing and delicious. If you order a cake and a coffee you would really enjoy sitting and chatting with your friends or partner.

We tried lots of coffee and toast and by far this was our favorite (avocado, arugula, ham with sesame oil drizzle). Basic coffee shop/workplace decor.

It’s ok. The toast isn’t anything out of this world. It’s yummy but you can find same and better in the other cafes, like “honest greens”, “zenith”. The staff is rude, and as I mentioned, feel too cool to pay attention to you or be...kind or show any kind of service skill. What a shame, the coffee is great and it’s a great location and little cafe space. I would say go if you want a take away cafe but go sit down and eat somewhere else.More

This little coffee and breakfast bar, even brunch is perfect, in the beautiful Spanish Barrio called “Malasana” gives a special start of the day. The excellent matcha latte, or the avocado toast with eggs, or the American coffee, are prepared with love and healthy mood...and manners. It’s difficult to just say “excellent”, but it really is. So special place and breakfast for people that love to start the day with a big choices of plate and menu. Highly recommended!!!More

I liked a lot the atmosphere, positive energy around, very friendly stuff. We came here for brunch and some good coffee to start the day with. Coffee origin was Mexico, medium roasted. Breakfast was really great - I recommend the avocado toast with chilli flakes...and as well granola made by them. all was good, definitely recommend the place :)More

I love coming to Hanso! Located right in the heart of Madrid! The coffee is a bit pricey but well worth it. Great place to grab a cup of coffee with a friend or do some work on your laptop. It is usually filled with...a lot of students working on their laptops. The staff does not make you feel pressured to get up and go or buy more coffee/food. (many places in Madrid can be like this) I love how comfortable I feel here everytime.More

I really like the atmosphere of HanSo Cafe. It is very welcoming and the staff are super nice. I've come here to work and grab a drink, and I never felt pressured to keep buying something or leave. I've tried the matcha latte and the...red velvet latte. The matcha latte was good, unsweetened which I like. The red velvet latte wasn't my favorite, but interesting to try. Their food looks really good, but I haven't tried them yet. The prices aren't too bad for the size you get, which is usually smaller in Spain than this American is used to, but still good value for what you get. I recommend you try!More
