This place is legit, for true gelato lovers. The flavor selection is amazing and the quality is insane. The owners are trained in Italy, so it’s like you are having ice cream from there. My favorite ones were Pistachio, Mango and Yogurt and the really...dark chocolate :)More

This is an Ice cream parlor with hand-made product. We went three times to try to sample most of the ice cream. Our favorites were the mocha and the pistachio.

You can get an ice-cream everywhere in Madrid but this one worthwhile tasting! Very special flavours combined with friendly service. The owner knows well the job - he's been trained in Italy and it shows! You won't regret coming there :)

Excellent ice creams and they are always in a good mood, very kind and gentle. Don´t miss it. Pistacchio, am arena, coco, belgian chocolate. You won´t be deceived! Labonata is right beside a crappy place called Palosanto. Avoid this place! Terrible service and rude manners...by waiters. They feel entitled to mistreat you. The only place in Madrid where I´ve been mistreated.More

And I say that having just spent two weeks in Italy eating my way from gelato shop to gelato shop. The choice of flavours are unrivalled and truely beautiful. I accidentally ordered cream rice, not knowing what it was in Spanish, and got the best...surprise ever! Go, you won't be disappointed!More

Hot day, walking through the town. Fancy artisan ice on a bustling square? Stop here - you will not be disappointed. The language barrier is not a problem - you are invited to taste and then make a choice. I had lemon and orange sorbets...and they were just delicious! Recommended - great place, great staff!More

As soon as you enter this ice cream shop , you can tell it's all about ice cream, the displays are so pretty, colorful and organized . It's very small but very kool😎 The server was really nice , and was helpful and knowledgeable about...the different types of ice creams. 🤓 The prices were good. It was not expensive neither super cheap🤑. There is no sitting area. It just to get your ice cream and enjoy it along your way 😋🍦 The taste was so amazing , I can't wait to go back again. 😝More

I love ice crems and gelatos, and this was absolutely fantastic, a real treat. I wish I had found it before the end of the holidays...
