I be been coming to this place for the last 5 years every time I am in Madrid, unfortunately the quality of the service and the food has gone downhill big time In comparison to the prices that have gone up. This is crazy 12-15 euro for two peaces of calamari is just outrages or the 18 euro for a... More

We had some drinks there on the terrace at midnight and it was crowded! Very nice rooftop to either eat or go for a drink! More chairs should be added but it's really lovely and comfy!

The outdoor open-air terrace is very nice but there aren't many seats. There's also an outdoor area that's covered, but it's very smoky. The food is decent but expensive

In the heart of Chueca, this rooftop restaurant has a good relaxed atmosphere for lunch. Reasonably priced including the wine, it's hard to find a meal that disappoints.

This is a very nice roof top bar in a trendy and hip area of Madrid. Drinks are fairly pricey - a round of 3 beers set me back €21! We also had dinner here - the food is simple spanish food, but done well. Recommend the T-Bone steak.

Was an amazing lunch, our Venezuelan waiter was very friendly and tried to understand our half-half Spanish. Had several tapas, wine, coffee, everything on it. Would recommend it for sure! Especially the burger, it was amazing!

Nice place to have some drinks at the roof top bar. The have a nice range of cocktails and drinks and you can order some finger food as well. Ideal way to start your evening. Can be crowdy.

I'm puzzled by some negative reviews of this restaurant, especially regarding the service. When I had lunch here, all staff without exception were charming and attentive. We were greeted, directed to the dining area, greeted there again, and felt well looked after throughout. Food and drinks were served promptly but without feeling rushed, and when our table was needed, a... More

This is a nice bar and restaurant on the top of a building within the small streets. Must be very relaxing in summer. People are different - the service could be a bit quicker however nice to stay for a beer after work just to chill or eat.

The location is great, the food ok, but the service really poor and slow. The waiters were going around without paying attention and we were waiting for the food for more than 40 min. I will not come again.

Staying in Chueca

Neighborhood Profile
Chueca is the hip, gay neighborhood of Madrid where many of the streets are narrow and intimate, but where the hustle and bustle and the eclectic storefronts and people give it a distinctly urban feel. The main thoroughfare is Calle Hortaleza and the main square is Plaza Chueca, completely filled with terraza tables serving copas (mixed drinks) during summer. A mixture of trendy and grungy, some of the adult businesses here are explicitly racy in their signage. From the rainbow flags to the signs above the entrances of its many funky bars, to the date spot restaurants, Chueca is a vibrant and colorful place. It's always interesting to explore the different corners of Chueca by day, and by night, the area becomes a major nightlife destination when the clubs open their doors.
