Good place for lunch

I´ve had lunch here several times. The food is good. They specialize in tortillas but offer a wide range of food. Everything was tasty though I personaly found the tortilla too filling. The hamburgers are nice though it´s good to warn they are served rare. Service is fast and efficient.

The ambiance and the staff were extremely fascinating. The service worths 5 stars. A delicious range of food alternatives charms you. A bit expensive but the kindness of the waiters and service makes you forget that money. My routine for "tortillas".

Perfect setting for a perfect meal. Modern white design. Clever wall decor. Service was excellent. Who to blame? The staff who didn't know a single word of english. Or us who only knew a few phrases of spanish. It only enhanced the experience. Either way: Visit flash flash 👏

Went here for lunch with a couple of friends. The menu isn't in English so I was expecting a Tortilla De Patatas but in fact they specialise in omelettes. The truffle omelette was like a cloud it was so light. I then had a monty burger which comes without bread. I had been warmed that it is all but raw... More

We went there last Friday and had dinner with friends. We started with jamón to share which was just sooo good! And we also shared a seeds salad that was very good. Two of us had the cheese and truffles tortilla, one had the cod tortilla and another one had the burger. The cod tortilla was fine but we have... More

It's quite posh, very nice atmosphere though. They have lots of omelettes (tortillas) to choose from; had the courgette/aubergine one and it was the best omelette I have ever had. And I have had quite a few. Also very nice big salads - you can create your own.

I visited this restaurant with my mother for lunch. We ordered a frunkfruter Sosis with a potato salad for my mother and a burger and chips for myself. First of all, the frunkfruter looked like a cheap and oversized saussage that you would buy in a cheap supermarket.Tasteless and extremely salty. My burger was like piece of soggy meat with... More

Having walked past this restaurant a couple of times I decided to try it. First of all the service was very very bad. The waiter did not speak any english and seemed quite reluctant to serve us. We waited some time for a waiter to take our order, when on top of that the restaurant was quite empty. Our food... More

This tortilleria in the neighborhood of Salamanca is a nice place to go if you want a varied list of tortillas and other foods. They have a plat-du-jour menu that ranges from risotto to different types of tapas. The mini-hamburguesas are tasty sliders that serve as a perfect entrance for a meal of 2 or 3 people. To continue, I... More

Staying in Barrio de Salamanca

Neighborhood Profile
Barrio de Salamanca
Broad, tree-lined avenues with pretty streetlights frame the neighborhood of Barrio Salamanca. With beautiful condominium buildings that make up most blocks in this area, this part of town is refined and quiet. It is also host to a few of the city's large shopping avenues, including Calle Serrano and Calle Jose Ortega y Gasset. A walk down these streets will reveal upscale chains, small boutiques, and plenty of opportunities for shopping or checking out the stylish displays. The locals here are polished and fashionable, the atmosphere is leisurely, and the lush Retiro Park on the southern border is yet another opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. A stroll through Barrio Salamanca is all about admiring the beautiful architecture, window-shopping, and people-watching in this upper-crust corner of Madrid.
