The pizza was delicious and they had a lot of different options. Only con was that we had to wait for our table for about 40 minutes because we didn't have a reservation

This was my second time at this restaurant, and I will definitely return. The food was very good, and reasonably priced. The waiters were helpful and spoke English very well.

I admit it, I am a pizza snob. I hail from New Jersey, USA, in the New York metropolitan area. We have the "best" pizza, or so I thought until today. Pizza in Spain? Well, if your tastebuds need a break from Tapas and Paella, come here for a friendly atmosphere, great service, and awesome pizza. Not really sure what... More

My husband and I ate here whilst visiting Madrid and we loved it! We eat Italian cuisine quite often and therefore have high standards and Grazie Mille did not disappoint. The caprese salad was fresh and delish whilst the lasagne and the pappardelle with Italian sausage were amazing! All at very good prices with friendly attentive service. If you're tired... More

Worst meal of the 10 days in Spain. If you go, stay away from the pasta dishes-could not even finish them. Maybe you would have better luck with pizza.

I have always passed this place on numerous occasions and never tried it as I would be expecting a typical touristic restaurant similar to the hundreds surrounding it. The restaurant went beyond my expectations, they have a wide variety of pasta and pizza. I decided to try the truffle pizza and it was excellent, the dough and cheese was on... More

Fresh and delicious Italian meal. Pizza is gorgeous. Salad is fresh, generous and tasty. Quite an original menu. Nice people but like anywhere, it's worth investing in speaking a few words in Spanish to get the staff onside.

Staying in Centro

Neighborhood Profile
Expansive plazas, local and foreign crowds, street performers, colorful lights, window shopping, restaurant signs promising the best paella, ham, and churros con chocolate- this is downtown Madrid, a collection of plazas interconnected by a network of side streets. Some of these side streets are wide pedestrian shopping routes, and some are hidden, so it's possible to duck in and out of the bustle as desired. The iconic Puerta del Sol is the giant crossroads of the city and a must-see attraction at any time of the day. The nearby Plaza Mayor, completely enclosed by historic red buildings, is an ideal place to grab a bite to eat outside, amidst scores of tables and people out for a stroll. Plaza Isabel II (also known as “Opera”) is smaller and a good meeting spot, and the stately Plaza del Oriente is the front yard of the Royal Palace. Centro can be touristy (pickpockets are unfortuately not unheard-of here), crowded, and sometimes gimmicky, but it is also the place to experience classic Madrid.
