Just had a fantastic dinner here. Fast and friendly waiters, reasonable prices and really great food. Very creative in terms of combining flavors, everything we had was delicious. Basically they did everything right and I will definitely be returning.
Mikuna is located in my neighborhood and it was a very pleasant surprise. The place is very pretty, good for a family dinner or dinner with friends and the service from the staff is also very friendly and kind. They explained every one of the...dishes in detail. As for the food, the gastronomic proposal is peruvian / asian which I found very interesting and delightful. I had a small dinner combining two of the entrees. The first dish was the potato croquettes with smoked salmon and octopus. It was plated beautifully and the flavors were interesting and well balanced. I also tried the bao bread stuffed with fried white bish and leche de tigre mayo and it was sooooo delicious. I will definitely comeback to try more things!More

I was recently in Spain with my husband and while walking along calle Galileo we spotted Mikuna restaurant and decided to give it a try. I’m a huge fan of Peruvian food and was excited to try the dishes and boy did they deliver! Mikuna’s...take on Peruvian favourites like the Ceviche and Lomo Saltado was a delicious explosion of flavours with unexpected but succulent twists. If you’re around the area you should definitely check them out! The staff was super friendly and decor was rustic and cozy, a perfect spot for a date night in Madrid!More

First! I had the best time. I went with my girlfriends for dinner. It's a new restaurant, so we went to try it out. I like Peruvian food, I was in Lima in 2003 and I still remember the street anticuchos, so I was excited...to try them out. They were better. The meat is so soft, but there's a smokey fiery taste to it, and some weird unexpected acid and spice. It's the kind of food that takes you out of the conversation and becomes the conversation, do yourselves a favor and try it out before is famous XD.More

This was our first visit to Restaurante Mikuna but judging from our first visit it wont be our last . Walking in and I knew that I would enjoy my visit here, a rustic looking interior, great decor and furnishings including a cool looking serving...bar and plenty of seating options spread throughout this bar both inside and outside looking out onto the busy and bustling streets around Restaurante Mikuna. My twin brother Stephen and I were here on a Thursday evening, we sat outside as it was a roasting hot evening, greeted warmly by a very pleasant member of staff who served us a beer each,we opted to have that most Spanish of beers namely Estrella Galicia beer, these were served in excellent condition and accompanied with a big bowl of crisps. My beer was exceptional, such a delicate, light and hoppy lager style beer bursting with taste, very easy to drink, when served iced cold as in this restaurant it's such a refreshing beer. As we were pub and bar hopping we only stayed for the one beer each before we moved on and for a first time visit we were totally impressed with this restaurant. Restaurante Mikuna is easy to locate along Calle Galileo in an area teeming with pubs, bars and restaurants. Well worth checking out if your in the area.More
