This suggestive restaurant call your attention the first moment you read the menu. A “descarada” woman, is one that is sensual , provocative and without any moral restraints.Figure this out ! The menu is very suggestive !!
But this creative PR is backed by great spanih based food, exceptional choices and delicious entries. All the selections came exactly as asked with a personal touch of attention. Theiy have amoderate list of wines but all Spain regions are well represented and the most premium wines Are less than 30 Euros.
The restaurant is 15 minutes from the city center in a mostly residential area, but the 8 euros Uber or Taxi ride is worth it.

A 100% recommended experience.
A reference place for good traditional food, with a touch of cheek that shows the dedication and good work of these people.
We went as a group of 5 friends for dinner (previous reservation) and from the moment they welcomed us, spectacular treatment.
A very cozy place, and the staff is very attentive and charming.
Both the waiters and Antonio advised us about their menu and helped us choose the dishes, pairings and optimal quantities to enjoy the dinner.
Regarding the kitchen, also congratulate them. All the dishes pleasantly surprised us!
We left there very satisfied and eager to return.

Today was our 5th visit to La Descarada and, once again, it was a success.
100% recommendable are the oxtail gutters, the pink tomato salad, the meatballs, the cured meat croquettes, the avocado roll... and for dessert, the cheesecake or the chocolate nest.
Excellent wine list, unusual, with many options by the glass.
But if I stay with something, it is the outstanding attention and care that everyone, especially Antonio, puts into recommending dishes and wines.

A restaurant that surprises nothing. The most interesting thing was some stuffed peppers. The worst thing about the experience was that we ordered oil to throw in the salad (totally dry) and they had the “cheek” to charge us €3, not because of the price, not because of how bad the oil was, but because of how rare it is to be charged. Added to this is that we had to return the meat because it could not be eaten, they had the detail of leaving us the same potatoes that we left before returning (come 6 potatoes and 6 peppers from the starter). We also returned the fish dish because it was raw (at first she said it was, when they brought it she realized herself that it was raw). I will not return and do not recommend it, dishes without personality, bad service and medium high prices.

I begin my opinion with the definition of the title: shame, disappointment,... It really was a disappointment what we experienced, compared to other opinions of this establishment. And a shame for the feeling we all experienced, especially the person who chose it to celebrate a special day. The first thing I must say is that once we were seated at the table, it took them more than 45 minutes to come and take our order. Were there many clients? Yes, but it's no excuse, especially because we saw how other tables that arrived later than us were served. We continued with the explanation from the manager/owner (I don't know him) of the problems they had experienced in the kitchens that day. A disgrace, yes, but it's also not an excuse for taking so long for them to come and tell us something. I continue with the food. Just that day they had changed the menu, and precisely the dishes that had caught our attention, they didn't have them. One more shame, but I'm not criticizing this. Bad luck. After making our selection, not without problems because it seemed that there were no croquettes left, which was another of our preferences, but "just" ours were left, we were finally able to start eating, more than 1 hour after sitting down. The dishes arrived at a good pace, the first success of the day, it was time. The food was just fine, nothing special (the croquettes were good), although some specific dishes did not meet the standards (Portobello with dried yolk and non-existent Iberian bacon, a dish with excess vinegar that eliminated all the flavours). Had a great first experience at this restaurant some months ago so we returned again and were not disappointed. Food is delicious, staff is wonderful, very willing to take time to discuss options and make suggestions. Everything we ate was delicious; the cheesecake was a special treat.

I booked for a 13-person working dinner. Although we didn’t make it easy to organize due to the preferences and restrictions of the attendees when choosing the dishes, both Valeria and RR.PP., as well as the chef in person, worried that we enjoyed the experience as much as possible and that we were satisfied.

Exceptional. What they are doing here is something very special. Mushrooms to start with croquettes, followed by tuna and the wild boar meatballs as our mains. Then blue cheese cheesecake and a chocolate nest for dessert. Silvio was a friendly and helpful host. A superb end to our trip to Madrid.

Shameless is anything that goes a little out of the ordinary, that takes risks and that may involve surprises. Under Antonio's recommendations, we tasted a Russian salad, a roll with thin slices of avocado and tuna as a filling, which I don't remember the name of, and a carabinero and monkfish rice, all accompanied with a godello, Alma de Blanco. Everything is very delicious, although what always helps is the friendly and professional treatment of who we have in front of us. Thank you, Antonio, for your treatment and professionalism.

What a great discovery in the Salamanca neighborhood! The terrace was super nice. We ate salad with avocado and belly, cured meat and leek croquettes, cod with chili pil pil and wild boar meatballs, the latter being incredible game with black beer sauce and figs. !!
For dessert, the Goxua de Lanus, and some cocktails that Anthony recommended to us, thank you very much to the entire team! And Oscar is a charm!!

It was a family celebration meal with a group menu for 17 people.
We had a private space.
The place and its people are very nice.
Exquisite food and service
It exceeded my expectations, we were looking for a restaurant near the hotel where we were staying and I usually take risks based on other opinions.

They invited us to dinner at this restaurant and it was a surprise. Short but sufficient letter. They work with a well-known genre but with a different touch that gives it an added quality. The pickles are very delicious. The croquettes were great and then the main dishes each more satisfying. The pularda, the cod and the corvina, all ten.
Desserts made with a special touch and different from those usual in other establishments.
Very nice, attentive and professional staff.
A place to repeat and recommend.

Everything was simply great. Good service since the initial confirmation call (Antonio). The best starter the Portobello and the Oreja! Meat balls, tuna, fish, … great mix of tastes.

We went here to eat because of the very good reviews, so our expectations were very high.
The service was really very good and friendly.
Our starters, the croquettes, were also delicious.
Main courses were OK but not outstanding (it's a matter of taste).
The pork was very well seasoned but a fairly small portion.
The food could have been a bit warmer.
The ambience was OK.
In our opinion it was too expensive.
The dessert wasn't quite to our taste.
