My wife and I ate with Antonio this evening. We started with some delicious appetizers including his grandmother’s recipe for aubergine- while I do not like eggplant, the aubergine was deliciously prepared. We started with a spritzer of aperol, sparking water and Prosecco. A great...aperitif. We then watched him prepare the risotto with shrimp, mint, rum and lime. Very tasty and perfectly prepared. A nice rioja added to the pleasure of the meal. Great conversation with Antonio about his background and plans. A marvelous dessert and we had an evening to remember.More
