We had a really lovely time with Antonio and guests. My husband and I spoke no spanish or Italian and one of the other guests spoke no english but Antonio was the perfect host and managed to keep the conversations flowing beween the languages. He...was excellent at instructing us how to make Ravolli and tagelli. This was a lovely experience, a chance to meet people we would not have usually met and learn how to cook italien foodMore
My wife and I ate with Antonio this evening. We started with some delicious appetizers including his grandmother’s recipe for aubergine- while I do not like eggplant, the aubergine was deliciously prepared. We started with a spritzer of aperol, sparking water and Prosecco. A great...aperitif. We then watched him prepare the risotto with shrimp, mint, rum and lime. Very tasty and perfectly prepared. A nice rioja added to the pleasure of the meal. Great conversation with Antonio about his background and plans. A marvelous dessert and we had an evening to remember.More
We absolutely loved this hands on experience and learned a lot about pasta in the process from this Italian chef. Antonio was personable and full of knowledge. We enjoyed spending the afternoon with him. I had never made pasta before but feel confident that, now,...I'll be able to make it at home. I would definitely recommend this experience. Make sure to come hungry!!!More
Thanks to Antonio’s welcoming manner and excellent cooking, we had a wonderful time during our visit.
We were served a welcoming drink as we discussed his process and he shared personal anecdotes.
The dinner, served elegantly in his apartment, was shrimp risotto infused with lime....It was both beautiful and delicious.
We had a most pleasant evening and I would highly recommend this for one or two couples
Thank you Antonio!More
We had the best time at this class. Not only was Antonio welcoming and warm, he was knowledgeable and patient and helped us make the best pasta ever. I loved the fact that we met other people and their cultures and ate, drank & shared...stories. What was supposed to be a 2 hour experience ended up being 4 and it was a great way to spend the afternoon. Thank you Antonio for your hospitality, expertise and your love of food and hospitality.More
Antonio is a wonderful chef and a wonderful host. The experience is well worth it. I enjoyed myself in good company, ate delicious food, learned something, and tried something new. I highly recommend this experience to everyone!
We had a great time, I went with my friend and we did pasta from scratch..Antonio the chef is really attentive and gives much care to make this cooking experience an authentic Italian one from the ingredients to the tools to everything. If you are...looking to meet new people , have fun , learn how to cook while indulging your senses with real Italian food then this is a must !More
It’s interesting to learn how to make pasta and help in cooking your own meal, Antonio taught us how to make the pasta the filling and the tomato sauce, and the results were amazing :) Antonio is a very skilled chef and a super nice...person
Chef Antonio really cares about the ingredients that he puts into his food. He makes sure that they are fresh, in season and eco friendly. I appreciate when a chef puts that much time and effort into his craft.
I took a ravioli making class...with Antonio and was really blown away by how little ingredients you need to make a tasty dish. We had leftover pasta dough that we made tagliatelle with.
I highly recommend everyone to try Chef Antonio's food. I will come back the next time I am in Madrid! Best pasta I've ever had!
Oh! Antonio also surprised us with homemade tiramisu that he made that morning. So delicious!More
