We absolutely loved this hands on experience and learned a lot about pasta in the process from this Italian chef. Antonio was personable and full of knowledge. We enjoyed spending the afternoon with him. I had never made pasta before but feel confident that, now,...I'll be able to make it at home. I would definitely recommend this experience. Thanks to Antonio’s welcoming manner and excellent cooking, we had a wonderful time during our visit. We were served a welcoming drink as we discussed his process and he shared personal anecdotes. The dinner, served elegantly in his apartment, was shrimp risotto infused with lime....It was both beautiful and delicious. We had the best time at this class. Not only was Antonio welcoming and warm, he was knowledgeable and patient and helped us make the best pasta ever. I loved the fact that we met other people and their cultures and ate, drank & shared...stories. What was supposed to be a 2 hour experience ended up being 4 and it was a great way to spend the afternoon. Chef Antonio really cares about the ingredients that he puts into his food. He makes sure that they are fresh, in season and eco friendly. I appreciate when a chef puts that much time and effort into his craft. I took a ravioli making class...with Antonio and was really blown away by how little ingredients you need to make a tasty dish. We had leftover pasta dough that we made tagliatelle with. I highly recommend everyone to try Chef Antonio's food. I will come back the next time I am in Madrid! Best pasta I've ever had! Oh! Antonio also surprised us with homemade tiramisu that he made that morning. So delicious!More
