Great place and very friendly

We came here fancying burgers and this place did not disappoint! We started with wings with ranch dressing, the we had a bridge burger, my husband had BBQ smoky burger. All of which was really tasty and perfectly cooked. We had 2 pints of draft San Miguel to wash it down. Lovely place which had a bit of atmosphere even though it was a Sunday evening and quieter than normal I suspect. They were great about handling my husband's celery allergy and nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed the 80s music which is our era really! Lovely friendly place with great young and friendly staff.

We had dinner at Bridge Bar

We had dinner at Bridge Bar and Grill tonight and was served by the loveliest of people, Mercan. She helped with food recommendations, always noticed when our drinks we’re running low and was a genuinely nice person. The food was quite tasty and the atmosphere was really nice. Thank you Mercan for making our experience great. We will be back next time we visit.

Needs some TLC

The place needs a good clean, tables filthy, floor a good sweep too. It’s not a Grill, it’s a bar / pub that sells food. The ladies behind the bar / serving work very very hard, however the burger tasted like an old kebab, the beer temperatures need to be increase - warm lager isn’t great. I’m sure with a deep cleanse and re focus it will be a good choice. Ocean village has many great offerings the clean / tidy options will overall win - especially in the current climate.

This is the worst dinner experience we have ever had! The management for the restaurant is evidently extremely poor, with only one chef cooking the food for the whole restaurant. The food came out at different times, starters arrived after main courses, and even one coming out when we received the bill! Most of the food was cold, no steak received on the mixed grill, lots of drinks on the menu weren’t available, salads were tiny and food was average when it finally came. It’s such a shame as the restaurant location is lovely and has so much potential! The waiter and waitress were lovely however, which was the only positive thing about the restaurant, they were completely apologetic even though it was not their fault and more of a management issue. In the end we refused to pay the bill as it had been a waste of time and not worth any payment to the management, we decided to just tip the waiting staff instead. Absolute shambles!

bad service, simple food, not clean

we went for dinner on a sunday. we had to wait 20 minutes for a starter and after that 35 minutes for our dinner we had to ask severall times for our food and of drinks . 1 time the waiter said he had no time to take our order for drinks, unbelievable!! overall big disapointment and now its corona you would think the restaurant will have better care & service but no. we never go back

Very slow service with average food

Dreadful. Not sure they are more focused on evenings, but visited for lunch and, despite the place being almost empty, the service was so slow as to be practically nonexistent. Food, when it finally arrived, was mediocre. The only saving grace is the location with views across the marina.

Awesome and not just the food

Awesome and not just the food either! Our waitress for the night was a lady called Mercan and what an asset this girl is!! She must be solely responsible for 20% of that restaurants gross profit. Phenomenal personality, pleasant, polite and a perfect sense of humour. She was one of those gifted people who can ‘read’ her customers from the off. I’ve gotta say she made our night. Next time I’m in Gib I’ll definitely be revisiting!

Bad experience

Stay away from this restaurant if you are visiting Gibraltar. We had to ask the waiters to take our orders for food and drinks, the staff was more concerned with doing anything other than serving us guests. The food was terrible, rotten salad and overcooked meat that was overprized. The list goes on. The only positive thing about this restaurant is the location.

Very Friendly Staff

If you're looking to enjoy a drink next to the sea in a good atmosphere, this is the place to be! Their selection of cocktails (not to mention their quality) will have you sat here in the sun all afternoon. Although the selection of beers isn't the best (no Heineken 😔) Prices are very competitive and the staff is the friendliest in all Ocean Village. On the down side, if what you're after is food, there are better, albeit more expensive options available in Ocean Village.

I came to this restaurant and asked if there were any Glutenfree options. I got a flat no. No apology just no. The female member of staff with the Lisa Simson Tatoo couldn't be bothered checking with the chefs if there was anything suitable, nor could she be bothered apologising they didn't have any options for a common food allergy. Avoid.

Really poor slow service- had to continually request something with the order that really should have been brought out first time. Waiter was surly, wine was watery and poor and the food was cold. AVOID!

Located on the marina at Ocean Village this modern stylish restaurant has a menu with an American theme. Efficient and friendly staff. Their Honey glazed ribs were very good- cooked to perfection and plenty of meat on the bones! The shrimps were also very good.

Meal for three; very tasty.

Meal for three on an understandably quiet night recently. Good menu with plenty of choice, reasonably priced food and tasted very nice. Food, all fish, seemed to take quite a while to come and two of the party said theirs were lukewarm. Mine was good and hot. Staff were very friendly and chatty but was disconcerted that one kept taking their mask off to talk whilst within a metre of us. Not great at the moment.

Bland food, pricey, too many drunks in the late afternoon

We went here on our final night and was looking forward to burgers. I ordered a hot dog and my partner ordered a burger plus starters. The wings were quite bland. Unfortunately 2 hot dogs came for the main. It was too much of a hassle to get the order corrected as one of us would ha e to eat alone whilst the other waited so we just had it as it was served. Hot dogs were OK and we did get an apology but unfortunately we didn't get the food we wanted. Service was a bit slow and lots of drunks, even watched 2 spill beer all over and stumble around knocking into tables at 4pm. Very loud. Wouldn't recommend it.

Chewy lamb and ribs, drinks and service okay

Staff were friendly and service good. The mixed grill wasn't good. The steak came medium after asking for it to be well done. Lamb chops and ribs were chewy like they'd been microwaved and mostly inedible. The mixed salad with avocado was okay. I would visit again for a drink but not for food.
