suggest you need to speak spanish and are looking for typical spanish food. was not to our liking, but very busy and lots of people clearly enjoying the food.
staff dont speak great english, so its diffiuclt to get advice on the dishes, which may...have contributed to our poor choices .More
We recently had a short break in Gibraltar, on a bed and breakfast arrangement. We found this lovely restaurant, an easy flat walk from Main Street. We were so impressed we returned to eat here on three evenings. It is very popular with locals and...this is reflected in the menu. We had peppered beef in sauce the first night, the grilled prawns and calamari were excellent. Another night we had fish in brandy sauce, again excellent and we ordered, for which you need to give 24 hours notice, which was delicious. A glass of their house wine is very modestly priced. We each had a half size portion, which for us was plenty and priced at around £5 amazing value. The staff, Naden, David and Pablo were very welcoming and despite our not speaking Spanish we were really well looked after. The restaurant was spotless. Thank you for some lovely foodMore
Came to Jumpers (again) for my birthday, ate amazing food, amazing service at an incredible price. Various places keep opening in Gibraltar and whilst some are amazing in their own right, nothing can ever top Jumpers for me. Truly is the best place to eat....Thank you, for being you Jumpers.More
We’ve been there for a meal before we went up the mountain. I had the octopus with grilled peppers and my friend had the chicken. I felt like the peppers where out of a glass, presented in a poor way, the fries that came with...the chicken were out of the freezer just like the chicken. On top of that you have one little bread with a small package of butter and some olives on your table before you arrive. They will charge another 4,50€ for that without asking. So if we don’t want them, give it back right in the beginning. In our opinion that’s not a good practice.
Additionally the ambience itself felt like 1995 in the restaurant. All in all we wouldn’t go there again.More
We came here after waking miles and fancying a quick drink.
We sat and ordered. Our drinks came.
We enjoyed our time so much we ended up staying for a couple of hours.
We didn't eat but the food that we did see looked very...nice.
Next time I'm in Gibraltar I'll certainly come for food.More
