Dinner around 6pm. I had a Murphy's beer for 1.70 Pounds and my wife had a chardonnay for 3 British pounds. We shared a homemade lasagna for 9.50 pounds that was a delicious 5. Total 14.20 pounds was about $18USD. Good service, located on a...walking street.More

I always visit the Arms when in Gibraltar and did so this week. The covid restrictions make everything a bit strange but this bar deals with it very well. I must commend Paula who is doing a great job running the place in difficult circumstances....She is friendly and kind, which I cannot say about the other staff members. The male waiter and the blonde girl are both arrogant and surly and do not create a good atmosphere. What the management need to do is bring back the incrediible Houda. She is magnificent, funny, brilliant at her job and a complete joy to know. I understand she is still with the company and they should make her manager of the Arms without delay. The food has improved under the new chef amd I recomend the stuffed mushrooms. Prices are still very reasonable and the draught beers well kept.More

Disabled access 2nd too none. If you are in a wheelchair this is a must. We sat outside and easily manoeuvred the wheel to the toilets through the bar, it was completely flat.there was a fully functioning disabled toilet which was a pleasant surprise. We...had wraps which were excellent, Rery filling.More

After our tour of The Rock we strolled the streets and landed at Gibraltar Arms. We were able to sit outside, enjoy drinks and food. Our waitress Duzanna was excellent. You won’t be disappointed. My vegetable soup was a purée full of flavor and very...hot, served with a lovely bread. We also tried bread with tomato, excellent.More

We have eaten at the Gibraltar Arms many times. Not been for 3 years and very disappointed this time. The service was terrible we waited ages to be given the menu and then we had to share it. One staff member was more interested in...eating something her man friend brought for her. The waiter didn't know what no alcohol beer was. He said he had just started working there. Training would have been a good idea. The menu has changed and our favourite the sizzling cheesy chicken was no longer on the menu. Our order eventually arrived. My husband's steak and ale pie was ok but my fish and chips weren't. The mushy peas were cold and the fish was undercooked and watery . The batter was soft and the skin was on the fish . I'd expected nice chunky fish with crispy batter . Very dissatisfied and didn't think the meal was worth the moneyMore
