Food was very tasty and fresh! The seaffod was just fantastic. We had octopus, razor clams, squid and sateed peppers and we enjoyed each dish and the meal as a whole

Went there for dinner without reservation 15 mins before they opened. Queue built up fast. Were lucky to get seated inside but close to the door they kept open the whole time. Service was fast. Had higher expectations on the food. Gambas small and a...bit sweety. Mussels ok but not top notch. Same for pork (raxo) which was the best of the three dishes we had. Prepare yourself your clothes might get a bit smelly.More

One of the better places to eat seafood in the old town. It gets very busy, so it pays to arrive bang at 8pm for the opening - the impressive line forms afterwards. Several tables are on a picturesque cobbled side street, the services is...good, and the food is very good. I tried the salad with anchovies (good) and octopus (excellent). Very good wine list with reasonably priced good wines. I found the old town to be quite a tourist trap in terms of food, but this place stands out.More

Rainy night and looked inviting. No reservation you can eat but need to leave the table by 10.30. OK Where was the welcome that the Mayor of Vigo promised for all those that came to see the Christmas lights.Decided on mussels and octopus a la...gallego. Always thought octopus was served on a bed of potatoes wrong potatoes served separately but the waiter didn't ask or tell us . Bottle of local wine and nothing else Nothing special wouldn’t rush back. Good value yes but a smile doesn't cost anything.More

My Portuguese friend is obsessed with Portuguese seafood cuisine, and Vigo is a fishing community, so we stopped here to eat. The scallops and octopus were good, the sardines were excellent. Homey little place with a good reputation.

The waiter that tended our table (15/10/2022) decided to insult us at one point, arrogantly thinking we wouldn't understand the insult (us being Portuguese and him Spanish - perhaps he thinks that we also dub every single movie and TV show like they do in...Spain, thus only knowing how to speak one language). Long story short: the waiter at one point decided to use the word "gilipollas" when asking us if we needed something else. Completely out of the blue, completely unprovoked. Just plain horrible. Decided not to escalate it as we were with someone who is 98 years old, but honestly can't remember a worse treatment in any restaurant ever.More

I was at this restaurant with a local recently and he suggested that I try the scallops. They were the best I have ever had - perfectly salted, seasoned, succulent and fresh. The service was brick but friendly. I would definitely check this place out...again.More

Best Seafood i ever had, we could feel the freshness at every bite, we had mussels, clams, shrimps and calmari. We also had an amazing Galician Albariño that matched perfectly with the food. For sure we will come back.

Yesterday, me and my GF went to dinner in this restaurant. Firstly, we didn’t book a table and even with two tables empty, the employee told us we had to wait 30 minutes. Half an hour later we got a table, and surprisingly it was...the same that was empty 30 minutes earlier. The food was ok, but few hours later, I woke up mid night puking the pork that I ate there and I also had and still have 12 hours later some serious watery diarrhea that comes around every half an hour. So yhea, thank you for the bowel detox.More

The restaurant is very calm due to it being very small and cozy. The staff was very attentive, however, one of the meals (calamares) was so salty it was unbearable to eat, as it had an excessive amount of salt all over it.

No, but we arrived quite early in the evening and there was only two of us. Larger groups that arrived later had to wait for a while outside to get seated because it was popular.
