This is what a restaurant should be about. Interesting dishes, especially pan-fried mackerel in melon juice, combined with friendly and helpful unpretentious service. Good food doesn’t have to be combined with an “over- the- top” approach as in many restaurants in the UK !
Had lunch at Picadillo on a Monday
Ordered daily menu for two; salad, quiche and grilled fish
Excellent wine from the area and the owner was a great wine connoisseur
Great lunch! 37€ for 2 people including a bottle of wine
