Tucked away down a noisy alley we found this place by sound alone... and enjoyed wonderful boquerones, white tuna & tomato salad, very light fried fish. A very friendly place.
Simple, cute, soulful and traditional small restaurant that we stumbled on.. small menu with local, traditional Galicia food, you need to try! Such a treat! Staff great as well as the food. Nice wine to!
We found the resturant Eligio by chance. One Tuesday night, around 7:30 pm, we noticed that the tables outside were mostly occupied by people who looked locals. Then, we decided to stop and check the place. We drank Alvarinho wine and beer 1906. We ate...“pulpo à feira”, “calamares fritos” and “ensaladita”. All very tasty. There was still room left for dessert; we had the delicious "canas rellenas". The place was full the whole time we were there. Spanish and Catalan were the predominant languages. Great tapas place !More
newly reopened in a small sidestreet off one Viogo´s main thoroughfares a small but very popular bar/restaurant. Surpisingly there was a free table inside. No menus, just a small selection of delicious and traditional daily specials recited by the waiters. We chose the fried squid,...and were hihgly satisfied.More
