My boyfriend did a quick search for a top rated restaurant in vigo for a last minute lunch and found Nino Corvo. For some reason, it has been a very slow weekend in town with everything pretty empty so we were able to get a...table right when we walked in although our friend who lived in Vigo told us he'd been wanting to eat here for some time. WOW! We were blown away by the creativity, service, and of course the amazing flavors of every dish! Not your "traditional" tapas type place - which is exactly what I wanted after a few weeks in Spain. Would highly recommend this spot and will 100% be back. We could feel the passion from the amazing woman who served us (who we think must have been the owner or the manager).More

Great food, great service, fair price ! Had some magic moments (the fake lasagna and the red tuna and nori taco ). Probably well on their way to the 1st star. Well done !

Open kitchen concept with very creative cooking approach. Limited menu and sitting capacity. Young cooking crew trying their best, very pleasant Server. Overall good but really not up to par. They may need some more time. Jose Campo, CHA

You almost have to in order to find this restaurant. It's tucked away and you can have fun discovering it (or an argument with your partner about directions). But it is soooooo worth it. Unique dishes served by friendly staff from a tiny kitchen to...a small sun-filled terrace at the front. We tried oysters with cherry, mackerel ceviche, bonito (tuna) & mash, and creamed potato with cep mushrooms. Totes amazing and the ubiquitous, delicious, Albarihno wine.More

Came across this superb restaurant tucked away in a small street down by the port. Worth coming here just for the bread, but the mussels and the fried escarpote were outstanding. The staff were really friendly and it was a a great lunch. I will...certainly return whenever in Vigo again.More

A jewel of a hidden spot in our Old Town. Don't even whisper their name, @nino_corvo has magic, a muse in cuisine. Innovation in a simple, traditional kitchen. Youth in old time products. And the waitress, bubbly, smily, sweet... Adjectives added!!! Dont miss it!!!

Got to try everything shown on this pic. Absolutely amazing. Costs about EUR 80 for 2 pax but is definitely worth it!

If you like an out of the way place that serves delicious food with passion and flair then look no further. We came across the place by accident, tucked in a back corner behind the port. The owner and staff were very friendly and tried...their best to help us make our choices as there is no English menu. We went with their recommendations and were delighted. Raw fish, marinated to perfection then two different types of cooked fish (one something like a cod and the other some kind of rock fish) both perfectly cooked and with delicious sauces. The servings are not large and you may feel the price is a little expensive but the expertise of the chefs, together with the freshness and quality of the food made it good value for us. Would definitely revisit if we ever return to VigoMore

An excellent experience on the whole : The food was delicious; fresh fish and shellfish prepared with an oriental twist, the waitress, Lorena, was simply adorable( it felt like saying goodbye to a friend when we were leaving) and the open kitchen permitted talking to...the chefs. The place is tiny with few tables but we arrived early and luckily found a table without reservation. It was a great evening and I am very glad that we chose Niño Corvo for the one and only dinner we had while staying in underrated Vigo.More

“Niño Corvo” Niño Corvo is a tiny restaurant a bit hard to find. It´s located in the suburbs of the old town of Vigo. It´s a small and cozy place, very bright, with open spaces and open kitchen. Therefore, you can interact with the chefs...and ask them any questions. As for the menu, it offers mostly seafood and fish. This is an amazing place where you can taste a mix of Japanese and Galician food. We tried 4 dishes, all delicious. Food quality is high. I recommend choosing several dishes to share, because they are small plates with small portions. The staff is so friendly and enthusiastic when describing their food. All dishes are described by the waiter when he serves them. Price is somehow high, but it's worth it. The average price p/per is 25€ From my point of view, it´s an amazing restaurant where you can eat delicious fish cooked in completely different ways. If you love Japanese food, this restaurant is mandatory for you!More
