Delicious lunch on a miserable day

We selected the restaurant following our visit to the Cathedral on a very wet and miserable day. Lunch was excellent and looking at the food served to other diners everything looked very good. We visited the downstairs tapas bar on another day which was also very enjoyable.

I've been there 3 times in my 4 days trip- two times in the first floor which is a bar and the last time in the restaurant in 2nd floor. They have amazing seafood with reasonable price! If you are alone, octopus with clam is the must eat dish! And if you are more than two, seafood platter is highly... More

After visiting the cathedral we looked for a nice restaurant to enjoy lunch. We checked the Trip Advisor list and found it. The food was delicious, great service. I highly recommend it.

We loved this little tapas bar next door to the main restaurant. Perched on high stools at tables we watched locals cram into this tiny place on a pretty square in Santiago de Compostela. Bustling, efficient, friendly service we enjoyed delicious croquetas and tortilla tapas with our drinks. We also enjoyed padron peppers, the freshest of mussels and more tortilla... More

A little set back from the main tourist route by the cathedral, this tapas bar and restaurant serves top quality food. We ordered a couple of beers and were immediately treated to croquetas. The langoustines in garlic were superb as were the calamares, perfectly cooked. Young, attentive waiting staff were very quick and efficient. Very good choice for a quick... More

Love visiting this establishment, never eaten upstairs but have eaten great tapas, wine and beer from the great copper coloured tanks dispensing the local estrella Galicia as fresh and lovely as you can get, great people watching bar in the summer as folks stroll down run da raina.

We went 4 people and all got seafood: 2 Lenguado (sole), one bacalao a la galego and one robadello a la planch. The White Wine was "pazo do Mar" nice and a little bit fruity, perfect for fish. The food was served with potatoes, one small salat leave and a piece of not matured tomato - could have been done... More

We were on a walking tour of Santiago and our guide was asking the owner of this restaurant where I could get a good dinner and watch the Champions League match between Real Madrid and Juventus. Our guide knew the owner from university and vouched for the place. We went back the next day for lunch and they did a... More

We stopped by mid-afternoon for a soft drink and a snack. We were served promptly and the Spanish omelet we had was better than many. Prices are competitive with other establishment and are increased slightly when you sit outside. Very pleasant square near the cathedral.
