Came here on our first night and enjoyed it so we returned on our last night. Good selection of tapas style eating. The locals eat here so must be good. We found it great value for money, as you can keep adding tapas dishes if/ when you wish to. We had the €1.35 tapas dishes and ate really well for... More

We recently visited my long lost cousins that live in Sanxenxo Spain. We flew into and out of Santiago de Compestela and on the day we flew out, my cousin gave us a guided tour of the Cathedral and then took us to her favorite place for a nice lunch before the flight. She took care of ordering the tapas... More

Good selection of "pinchos". Unfortunately it is located in a very touristic area and can be very full but is worth waiting.

Although one can dine here, in my opinion it is a place of tapas. And very good ones. We got pork, montaditos, octopus, mussels. The bread with tomato, so popular in Spain, wasn't good. The only drawback. I recommend it strongly.

During a short stay in this beautiful city, we spent two evenings in this awesome tapas bar. It has a great atmosphere, it's always very busy, and the food is amazing. The staff work extremely hard and are very friendly.

Of the dozens of open restaurants within walking distance of the Cathedral in Santiago de Compostela, this is by far my favorite. Of the three nights I was in the city, I chose to have dinner twice at the Taberna and pretty much ordered the same menu: Brie cheese with almond crust, deep fried pimientos, tender and moist octopus, Iberico... This restaurant is super-busy and that is part of the charm, we were still met with excellent service from our waiter. After spending three weeks on the Camino, this meal was almost a luxury, and we had a very nice night. Would absolutely recommend this place. We had to wait a while to be seated but that was okay.

Beautiful selection of superb tapas with great beer wine or their special Sangria of which my wife and our friend managed to drink 2 litres! Dom and Gerry behind the bar were good fun, very efficient and made the whole experience memorable. Went in here on our arrival and the went off to Portugal for a week but couldn't wait... More
