I am a Londoner moved to Girona for 10 months and currently learning Catalan. I went to this place to a nice brunch but discovered they don’t have a single menu or carta in catala. I enquired for a menu in Catalan I discovered they...only have one carta in Catalan. I find it disgusting and disrespectful that this business that’s located in the heart of Girona old town does nothing to respect its culture the language. That’s said the food and coffee here is good but my husband experience was ruined definitely wouldn’t be coming back until there’s a change in cultural mindset CheersMore

The expectations were quite high but, apart from the coffee, the service, the food, and the space were disappointing. After ordering a massive order for our group of seven people we asked for a toast with avocado for a kid. They had only a tiny...leftover piece of bread and they charged us the full price. The rest of the food was really small portions for a super expensive price.More

having been to la fabrica dozens of times now and lived in girona for a while i probably owe a review. so what do i love about the place? first, when in spain its great to have a decent coffee shop a couple of levels...above the cheap 'spit and sawdust' establishments so common across the country (i swear plis plas tried to kill me once...). i also apreciate the policy of opening almost every day but christmas...too much in spain is closed one or two days a week, on holidays and whenever the owner feels like it...la fabrica though is dependable. the cakes (esp. the oreo) are good, for british and american tastes, so ignore the locals who complain they're too sweet...every other bar in the country has bland creations for their palettes. what could be better? there is poor mobile phone signal inside so i'd like to see wifi...even without it people will still hang around occupying tables on the terrace so its not like the current no-wifi policy improves turnover. for a cycling themed cafe the support for televised races is not good...id like to see the place making good on its committment to cyclists and opening every afternoon that that major races are televised to save going elsewhere (eg places that rhyme with kcmiernans or cors hategorie). lastly i believe that the second generation of the shop's standard coffee cups got smaller...it doesnt make me any more likely to order "another" but has been kindof disappointing. overall though la fabrica is on my shortlist of must-visit cycling cafe's globally and this is from someone who has been to rapha cafes on 3 continents and mellow johnnys in austin!More

A great day out. We had tapas for lunch in the beautiful old city. I recommend you go on the fast train from Barcelona or it seems a long way home.

We had a lovely and healthy breakfast at this cycling-themed cafe. The food is very natural and beautifully presented. We tried both a breakfast bowl with something like oats, fruits and dried fruits; and one of their toasts with egg, arugula and goat cheese. It...was yummy to say the least. Great coffee. Great service.More

Amazing coffee with a good selection of healthy breakfast options. The cafe has a lovely vibe and the staff are so friendly. One of the most amazingly presented breakfasts I’ve ever had. Will be back tomorrow!

Just go! Don’t even think! They have so many good items that you will be able to find something you will enjoy! Cakes, toasts, croissants and even bagels, which I have never seen in Spain. staff is always so happy and welcoming, the music and...overall atmosphere is just magic. down a quiet hidden alley it’s like trying to find a treasure...AND YOU WILL! Thanks La Fabrica team for another perfect breakfast.More

For me the best place to have breakfast/brunch in Girona. Delicious toasts and bagels, all fresh and of good quality. Amazing coffee - I recommend Dirty Chai (espresso with tea concentrate and texturized milk).
