Our first attempt to eat at Occi was the previous evening. I had sent an email to the restaurant but never received a return. Sure enough the restaurant was booked. So the next afternoon I called and made a 2100 reservation. ( The restaurant opens at 2030 ) Arrived at the restaurant and received a great table outdoors. Restaurant inside... More

A very pleasant restaurant. You can sit inside or outside. The food was excellent. The pork tenderloin was delicious and the waiters were friendly and helpful.

Thank you for a great experience. My husband and I had a fantastic experience here, my husband had the rice with wild mushroom and asparagus to start which he has continued to go on about for two days!!! Monkfish starter was superb too! Food could not be faulted and we hope to return for lunch before leaving tomorrow! Definitely recommended!

I start by saying that the food is good and the options are all well calibrated, with typical dishes revisited in an original way. I found it hard that all the options in the menu are "elaborated" so if you want to try something different definitely go there, otherwise the only "normal" thing you find is the iberic ham (excellent!).... Pretentious, nonsense. Given that asparagus is in season is it wrong to expect my asparagus salad would be fresh and not out of a tin? And my duck came with apple sauce as stated on the menu but not a side to be seen not even the ubiquitous potato. I have eaten so much better than this, and for less,... More

This just has to be the best meal you will get for €19 in Girona. We went on a Tripadvisor recommendation (it's not on the main drag so you wouldn't stumble across it) and were delighted. Service was immaculate, food excellent and wine/water included in the fixed price. The coconut ice cream was particularly good! Don't miss the opportunity to... More

The two hour drive to Girona was worth it just to dine at Occi. The €19 a head three course lunch was amazing. The chicken, potato and lemon timbale entree was outstanding as was the main course of rabbit with cepes. My wife had roasted cod as her main course which she said was perfectly cooked. It was all washed... More

This is a great find. Really good set menu meal for €19. It has to be tasted to be believed incredible value for the price and they speak English too. Don't miss it if you go to Girona.

We loved it here! 5* does not do it justice. The set menu is amazing value and the food is sublime! Scallops, king prawns, steak tartare are just some of the gems on this menu! Also the main course lamb is to die for, as is the Pinot Gris. Staff were attentive and it was a lovely ambience. A must... More
