This Konig is in a PERFECT location and it is very busy! You often have to wait... but once you get a table the service is really bland. The staff all seem like the are miserable and busy and never ever crack a smile or make you feel welcome. The food menu is extensive and the taste is good however... More

Judging by the menu and the amount of business this place was doing, we assumed we were in for a treat (or at least a standard meal) - we were wrong! We opted to sit in the outdoor seating, and were told to seat anywhere we pleased. We found a table, and waited... and waited... and waited. Many servers, bussers,... More

Not sure we are at the same place as the others ! Food was good and reasonably priced. Drinks also, and the house red was good. Really good mixture of local people and us tourists using the restaurant. No complaints at all. So much nicer than the R***r Cafe opposite. A really good reasonably priced place to eat and drink.... We went to this place because we arrived very tired at night to Girona and the other restaurants we tried did not have A/C and it was very hot. We ate outside, the sandwiches were almost empty and in general the food was really bad. I think this is a place for college kids to drink beer. Bad experience.

We stopped for dinner with my friends in a cycling tour. The place has an unique athmosfare, but the foods... let's say,it was the worst Ceasar salad in my life. They made the chicken and the cruttons in an oil witch have used before to fried salmon... and the waiter forget to bring one of the burgers, and when we noticed it for... The title speaks for itself. My husband and I were extremely hungry and stumbled upon this restaurant. The outdoor patio looked inviting so we figured, why not... Well, we should have kept walking. The meat on the "ham sandwich" we ordered seemed comparable to cheap bologna. With being so hungry, we didn't finish our meal and ordered food elsewhere.

We went to this restaurant as had enjoyed a previous meal in the Konig in Independence Square (I think that is what it is called) - should not have bothered! The staff have the most amazing ability to avoid eye contact, bark orders at customers and generally throw things about! The manager, I assume as she had an earpiece, was... More

I had lunch here with my husband and 2 children. Even though the place was packed, we were seated quite quickly. The food was very average, nothing memorable. Very little flexibility for different requests for the children, at they forgot 3 different plates ordered. Good location but I wouldn't hurry back.

Stopped at this restaurant for drinks only on a very hot and humid afternoon, however having seen some of the plates go to other diners we decided to have something to eat. Food was a lovely pleasant suprise, salads were fresh, tasty and plentiful, I had a focaccia sandwich with goats cheese and salad which was lovely, my sons and... More

Located in an emblematic spot in the old part of town of Girona, from which terrace you can enjoy the magnificent views of the Plaza de San Felix, dominated by the church of Sant Fèlix. Next to a hallmark of the city as 'El cul de la Lleona'. This may be the ideal starting point to visit the old town and the famous Jewish Quarter of Girona. You will enjoy a large selection of salads and sandwiches. True to the great quality of our products, such as our meat, well known for its quality from 'Casa Baldiró' in Banyoles, Girona. Our specialty are our sandwiches made with focaccia bread or English bread and the extensive list of hamburguers. All accompanied with a juice, smoothie or of our large selection of beers.
