Very busy tapas bar but great friendly service and well priced, great tasting food. Glasses of wine for 2 euro is also great!

I went here with my gf from the US for vacations and end up in sol solers. We arrived disoriented since it is a little bit hard to get, at night (for a tourist). However don't let that discourage you. You eat there one time and you will be condemn to come back. However I told my parents that they... More

Agree with previous recommendations. Friendly, decent prices, unusual mix of dishes. Four of us had seven dishes and a single carrot cake, four drinks, three coffees and were treated to a free shot each, all for 47 euros. Each dish was a decent size to share between us so we all tried everything. Highlights were Roquefort and walnut quich, Aubergine... More

The serving staff are great here- spoke English as our Spanish was not so good. The spinach quiche was great and the other tapas we tried were also very good. Loved their patates braves. They also offered us free shots after dinner!

Beautiful area, delicious tapas. Can't go wrong with sol soler. We had the couscous salad, tortilla with spinach, sausages, and eggplant lasagna. Finished off with coffee, carrot cake, and cheesecake. Our favorite was the carrot cake, but everything was amazing, and all for about 30e.

The restaurant is a little hidden in placa del sol, about 10 minutes of walk from the nearest metro station. Had some tapas, they were simple but good, the service was great and fast, we had a very kind waiter that brought our order fast even if he was the only one serving on the terace. I recomend this place.

We went late on Saturday. Set in a local square with animated groups enjoying their weekend. We enjoyed simple tapas with a local red and whiled away the afternoon.

As a mixed aged family group we had a fantastic night in this cute tapas bar. The tapas was delicious and very good value. The service was brilliant and the owners extremely friendly. The square itself was buzzing even on a Monday night. Highly recommended .

Excellent tapas in a buzzing square in Garcia in Barcelona. Freshly cooked, good portions, reasonably priced and excellent service! Be persuaded to try the Brownie ; it is lovely!

Staying in Gracia

Neighborhood Profile
Gracia literally stands out from the pack. It used to be an independent town until late into the 19th century. Though it’s just a short commute away from the center, a visit here feels like you’re in a whole different city. The bohemian vibe has drawn many international artists to this area, resulting in a wide selection of galleries, live music and artsy boutique stores. The nightlife is centered around the vibrant Gracia’s plaças, where young and old gather to enjoy a drink outside. Carrer de Verdi, its main street, offers affordable restaurants and a movie theater that screens new as well as classic films in their original language. However Gracia's greatest treasure lies just up the hill at Guell Park, where Antoni Gaudi's vibrant and revolutionary art sculptures stand atop unequaled views of Barcelona.
