We lucked into finding Sesamo and so glad we did. We had the tasting meal--every dish was incredible. I have been raving about the meal since! I can't wait to go back to Barcelona!

Among the best food of our vacation, only slightly less enjoyable due to lazy/bored service. Likely tired of tourists in the restaurant at such an early hour (before 8:00), but could have tried a little harder. Seriously delicious.

We read about the resturante in a tourist book, and decided to book a table, which was good because lots of people in the house eventhough it was out of season. The place didn,t accept credit cards, so remember to bring cash.

Cozy and cute, this box is a vegetarian's paradise. And even my carnivore husband loved it. Every dish was perfectly plated and our waiter entertaining.

El Raval
Once a downtrodden corner of downtown Barcelona, this
gritty area has seen a cultural resurgence boasting an
excellent nightlife and one of the most multi ethnic
spots in the entire city. A sense of humble
authenticity protrudes from the many independent
record stores, second hand shops, and student bars
that seem to light up the streets day and night. The
rocking epicenter, the MACBA Plaça, is a modern day
