My boyfriend and I were greeted by a friendly waitress who took our order - a pepperoni pizza, patatas con mayonnaise, manchego cheese and chorizo in a cider sauce. The pizza was comparable to a fairly good quality pizza you could buy from your average supermarket freezer section, very clearly bought in and warmed up out of the freezer. The... More

Our family of 5 ate dinner there. We had a outside table, which meant our dinner had an energetic and vibrant feel about it The food was ok, reasonably priced and served rather fast. The staff were efficient and friendly. I would say the experience was ok and as expected for a tourist hotspot.

One of the worst places we have eaten. Admittedly there were 18 of us but they said they could accommodate us so we sat down. The tapas was very average - my mini empinada's were ok but the lobster tails were king prawns and the garlic mushrooms were tinned! One person sent them.back but the younger members of our group... Menu looked nice, lots of choices, plenty for everyone....! Looking good so far then it's all down hill!!! Ordered a beef dish, they bring out a dish with Frankfurter and chorizo in, manager was adamant it was beef not pork! He then reverted on himself and said they had no beef but didn't let us know! Could've been allergic to... More

Location attracts people, restaurant is decked out fairly well and has a reasonably good atmosphere - however the food is atrocious.

The Plaça Reial is a busy location; lots of tourists as it is just off La Rambla, the main strip in old Barcelona. Other than the annoying people constantly trying to sell you cheap crap - even while you are trying to eat dinner - the location is great. The architecture is stunning. That said, the food is good-but-average. We... More

Terrible tourist trap, it's busy so it must be good? Nope it's not, so don't bother. Not only did they mess the drinks order and food orders up but the food was terrible. When drinks arrived incorrectly and I sent it back the manager also came over insisting I'd asked for a really small jug of sangria rather than 2... More

By far the most disgusting food I have ever eaten. Absolutely inedible. All from the freezer - including the salad! Very rude management and service. Avoid at all costs.

The food was good, great location with excellent atmosphere. Not to expensive either. Front row seats to watch the street entertainment.
