We had to try the famous churros that we heard so much about and tasted fab - staff very friendly and very cheaply priced - very close to the cathedral so we stopped here for a coffee and pastry before more Sightseeing

We dined inside to take advantage of the airconditioning prior to visiting Sagrada Familia. Service was good, the food was the nicest tapas we had for lunch in our 3 days here. Cuttlefish, Octopus and calamari were perfectly cooked. The sangria was nice and middle range price at €12 a jug. Tapas plates were cleared away promptly as they were... More

Had a really good night in here. The food is really nice if you like tapas and Spanish dishes, and they serve decent cold beer with football on the TV.

Terrible food, worst tapas we've had in Barcelona. Service left a lot to be desired. Bravas not even delivered. When we complained they just seemed insulted. That said the locals seemed to get better service and food.

Just a short walk from the Sagrada Familia, we stopped at the Xamfra Gaudi. We had good luck. I had the creamier bowl of carbonera I've ever enjoyed. My son ordered the Mexican Pizza and I had one piece. Also delicious. This is just what you would hope for, a delicious local meal at a fair price. Definitely stop by... More

we saved hundreds of euros by going at lunch and having the fixed menu. 8 courses, some were very strange, atmosphere was amazing. We sat in a melting both by the window. 40 euro a piece. Worth it for the experience

We visited Xamfra Gaudi for a spot of lunch after a morning visit to the Sagrada Familia. It has a terrace in a sunny spot about a block away from the Basilica. Friendly service, average food.

We only visited Gaudi cerveceria for a late night drink. The outside is ok in the night, but we can't miss thinking that this is another gaudi tourist trap...... Wine was not very good. Price is high. Service ok.

If you are visiting Sagrada Familia this is your restaurant. Quick, cheap, many different dishes, and quick service. The restaurant is full of pictures from Barcelona. Really it is not a high class restaurant, but ecellent for turists who need a quick, good and cheap menu. spanish coocking. Surely you will enjoy it and you will be ready to continue... More
