If you go early enough, you will see long lines hoping for a table. So, get reservations; or, go late. When you enter, you will be impressed by the tasteful, contemporary surroundings. The wait staff is attentive and dressed in white or black. It all says "expensive"; but, it is not. The "menu" is a real deal, especially since it... More

If you are only going to visit one restaurant while in Barcelona this must be the top of your list, situated on the Carrer dels Escudellers just off the La Ramble at the Port end. It is an outstanding restaurant with very friendly staff who make you feel welcome, they have a good choise on the menue to suit all... More

We went to this restaurant the last time we were in Barcelona and though it the best on that occasion. We went back and were similarly impressed this time. So impressed, we went twice. In an expensive city this restaurant is amazingly good value. We did have a problem with a tonicless gin and tonic but, overall enjoyed good food... More

After 10 minutes we waited outside, the waitress told us to enter inside. She sent us upstairs and we had to guess wich table we have to settle. Took them 10 min bring US menus. After 15 minutes that nobody even looking in our direction for get the order...I had to get up and ask the waiter to come. No... More

We were looking for a nice place to go for paella and were not disappointed. Got there about 9pm for dinner and there was a line out the door. We guessed it was worth the wait, waited 20mins to get in, loved the interior and service, food was excellent and very affordable. Couldn't fault the experience

Like others we were attracted by the beautifully lit and inviting interior so after walking past this restaurant on our first night we decided to try it out a couple of nights later. Arriving at 8pm there were about 12 people queueing in front of us. We patiently joined the queue and waited...and waited...and waited. After nearly 30mins of waiting... More

My mother, husband, and I visited before a late flamenco show. There was a line outside of the door and the interior of the restaurant, which could be seen through the windows, looked beautiful--so we decided to try it. The experience went downhill quickly. The service was extremely slow, though the restaurant seemed well staffed. We had about an hour... More

This restaurant was recommended to us by our hotel. It was okay, but not amazing. It is clearly very popular, and my salmon dish was fine, but it was a bit of a lacklustre experience as the waiters were very unsmiling. We didn't return as there are places with more atmosphere and better food.
