This very cozy restaurant in the small alley of the Barri Gotic is specially liked at the lunch time. They have tables outside in the shadow of the church of Sant Just, you will need a reservation before. Here you will be served modern catalan dishes. I loved the place not only in the afternoon.

Ate here for lunch a few days ago. Had the cod with potatoes and tomato. The fish was cooked perfectly and the rest was OK. Service pretty good and the location is very nice. No complaints but definitely not worth a glowing review.

We found this place unexpectedly and we were all very pleased. We had Catalan sausages which were fantastic, the salt cod with pistachio and the carpaccio of cod were to die for! Recommend this restaurant, well-cooked and prepared food with a cosy and busy ambience. May be a bit pricey but well worth a visit and when you see quality... More

From the minute we got there for dinner, the staff were unfriendly and rude. We had 4 waiters during our meal and only one of them was not grumpy. We felt like an inconvenience, even though we ordered straight off the menu and had no special requests. The food was OK. The most expensive meal we had in Barcelona and... More

We didn't plan to eat here, but it was an unexpected surprise. We stepped into this romantic gothic place with soft lights and cute atmosphere. The food was great, we ordered duck and tasted few starters (the goat cheese and vegetable timbal was super nice) and wine was a Syrah tramp 2014 which accompanied the meal perfectly. Desserts are delicious,... More

This place was fabulous with excellent service. The Catalan sausages were the best I've had and reminded me of a posh version of boerewors. The carpaccio was out of this world - the best I've had.

We were going to a restaurant nearby that turned out to be closed, so we ended up here instead. It turned out to be one of our favorites restaurants from our trip. Delicious entrees, the jamon was fantastic. Salads were all very fresh and delicious, and very tasty local bread. Very nice ambiance as well. Highly recommend.

We booked to eat outside - the tables are set up in the square adjacent. On one side performers may play music, one brought his dog to drink from the fountain at one side.. and down the alley you can see the backstage of a theatre, drama and fire and all kinds of things to entertain. The food is great... More

We had a bit of trouble finding the restaurant, so allow a little time as it is behind the old Roman wall in the Barri Gotic. Charming, local ambiance with small tables. The food and wine were fantastic and waitstaff were lovely.

The restaurant is hidden away on the corner of Placa St Just. The food is first rate and outstanding presentation. The poached cod with pistachio and the orange duck confit were each one of the best ever eaten. The atmosphere and ambiance were a refuge from the hectic activity in the old town. Highly recommended.
