We came across this coffee shop on a Sunday on our way to eat lunch. It was particularly unique with the essence of Gaudi all over. The guy immediately greeted us. To me, the service is very important in a coffee shop and our guy was absolutely outstanding. He made sure we felt comfortable and welcomed. Even though is next... More

We ate sweets, outside, at this wonderful little place very near the cathedral. People watching was fun, the baked goods were very good - - must try the red velvet, absolutely must try it!

Stopped for a quick bite after a long morning of walking around. The cake and coffee both were great, they do have wifi, and it's a rather quite small place. I wouldn't go specifically there, but if you're around that area - it's a nice place to stop by for something sweet.

On a short break with my son and this was an okay place which my wife and I visited in May 2016. Hit it for a quick meal prior to heading back for our flight home. I ordered the salad, my son went for a mega plate of some Nachos concoction. All seemed okay until my son tipped me the... More

I'm always looking for cute places to have a tea and a treat and to get some work done. This bakery has a great atmosphere and friendly service. The quality is good but the prices are touristy, and the wifi doesn't work. Worth a visit but not if you want to work.

I am very sad to give this "2 starts" review, because the cakes in this place are incredibles, very tasty, but they have reduced the size of portions (cakes) too much in the last months, and the price is still the same. The cake portions used to be fair if you compare price-quality-value, no cheap and no expensive at the... More

They menu was short and lacked diversity. Coffee was ok and the chocolate cake was fresh and delicious. We would expect more decent cups and plates for a place in that price category. Interior is poor though and does not provoke to sit there for a talk. Wifi didn't work, even though it was really needed then. Barista did not... More

excellent, friendly place near the Sagrada Familia - great spot for breakfast before joining the crowds. English menus available, but they seemed happy for me to try my Spanish (didn't laugh too much, anyway).

I popped in here with my family during a weekend break in mid-November, after visiting the Sagrada Familia. Whilst it is a bit of a ramshackle place, we were impressed with the cakes, and it is certainly worth a brief visit!

Stayed in Barcelona and came here one morning for breakfast. Chocolate and churros, the best I had all week, and they were all pretty good.
