All the locals have told me to go here, and they were right. This place has really great classic tapas, so if you need an intro to tapas, this would be a great place to go.

Really nice cafe/restaurant offering excellent tapas at a good price - informal and welcoming - don’t miss this one

This was my favourite tapas bar to visit when I spent the summer in Barcelona. Situated in the exclusive district of El Born it has great tapas and ice cold Mahou beer. The cozy tables just at the front are my place of choice to...eat olives and watch the world pass by in the soaking sun. The best part are the wonderfully friendly staff who made my feel incredibly welcome. Thanks for the memories guys. I will return!More

We gad high expectations as we read a lot of good reviews for this place... unfortunately the food didn’t live up to them. We got several plates of tapas (paid 60euro- quite pricy for tapas) , the staff was not polite and what’s worse we...spent our last day in Barcelona with FOOD POISONING. Thanks Bormuth.... if there were 0 stars I’d give them to youMore

The food we ordered was very good, and we enjoyed it. Got a few tapas, such as the patatas bravas and a couple of others and had a good time. Seemed to be a fairly good value.

Poor quality. I expected hood restaurant with trip advisor certificate on door. But I was very disappointed with tapas quality. Marinaded mens fried. All fried tapas without any sauce just fried. Menus were very dirty.

Came here really for the vermouth which was very nice but nothing special and possibly dinner. Small and tightly packed with tables possibly too close together for comfort, but I guess that added to the buzzy atmosphere. We had to wait for a table but...not long enough to encourage an early exit. We had a couple of dishes, neither of which were particularly outstanding. I would rate this as no more than a regular restaurant/bar albeit slightly more expensive than others in the area. Service was neither gracious nor efficient and could be improved. Had the service been better and the food more appetising we would have stayed for dinner but we didn't and I guess that says it all. Would not go back, which I guess is the acid test.More

Really really amazing range of tapas, also very reasonably priced for drinks. However, make sure to go early, as it will get extremely packed after dark.

The labyrinth that is El Born becomes most apparent
the moment you turn down one of its side streets. But
this is one of the few labyrinths you might actually

they do take reservations, although it depends on the hours and group size. but honestly, you don't really need a reservation, worst case scenario is a 15m wait, while you sip a vermuth or artisan beer :)
